  The Port Jefferson Station team is stellar. Its just always great to be able to rent a car from the team. I picked the wrong car, so they were able to work with me to find a car that worked. Everything is explained clearly; the process is simple, easy, and seamless. My car is always clean and I am asked, before walking away, if I have questions on functionality. Return is also seamless; it is convenient to be able to drop off the car after hours. Thank you for being the easy part of a crazy day

  Customer service was absolutely horrible! No communication and not very pleasant at all. Spoke to a women who said she was the manager. Very unhelpful and cut me off and talked over me...

  Absolutely horrible! Called the 1-800 number and made a reservation. Specifically confirmed the pricing with the representative as I was approved for reimbursement. Showed up at the Port Jefferson Station location and began the checkout process. At this point they claimed the pricing would be more, now exceeding my approved reimbursement. The manager came over to check in and instead of being helpful or informative she just claimed that the price “is what it is take it or leave it”. So I challenged this of course given I was quoted the price over the phone and said “can someone check with the corporate number on this?”. Her response was “you can call whoever you want the price isn’t changing have a nice day”. So now being met with such an attitude for no fault of my own I told her that I’d call corporate, to which she answered “That’s fine, I now have no car for you have a nice day”. Good to know this is what Enterprise is allowing from their staff. The individual should be fired, spitefully preventing someone from their rental! How atrocious. This location should be investigated!!

  Enterprise is okay. Made me return my car while my car was still in shop only to have to come back the next day to rent another car. Insurance has been telling me i have the car until i get my car back but seems like enterprise didn’t have the same information.
