They installed struts and shocks that failed in under 1,000 miles—impressive, in the worst way. Car became unsafe and undriveable. I got the privilege of paying $779 for emergency repairs somewhere else. Bonus feature: a “warranty” no one mentions until it’s time to deny your claim. Customer service was equally memorable. Multiple calls. Multiple promises of call-backs. No calls. At one point they even told me a manager had already spoken to me—apparently I missed that conversation. Final result: defective parts, zero accountability, and a denial from people who never bothered to contact me. If you enjoy paying twice for the same repair and arguing into the void, this is your place. Everyone else should run.
