The store manger and other staff at the Mavis in Port Chester, NY really worked with me to make sure the front end work was done correctly. Went into Mavis because the low tire light came on. They found a nail in the tire and fixed it. More importantly they found that the rear shocks were original and the car has 95K miles on it. The shocks were toast. So they installed new ones. Eddie at the desk was great, he kept me informed of the time line with updates. Great service.

We had a slow leak in a tire and walked on a Sunday morning to have it fixed. Matteo was extremely friendly and they were able to locate an embedded piece of a broken drill bit, remove it, and plug the hole within a 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend!!

I wholeheartedly recommend this location after just visiting for the first time. I discovered a nail in my tire this morning, which was slowly leaking air, I inflated to full psi the day before. Well I work nearby so I decided to check out Mavis, and I'm so glad, I did. Customer service was excellent. The nail was removed and my tire was repaired quickly they even so graciously didn't charge me. I am really pleased with this location. I will be back, I'm sure since they are so conveniently near my work. I recommend this location 💯 percent.

I usually go to different Mavis shops closer to home. This was my first time visiting the Mavis shop in Port Chester New York. Matteo Greeted me right when I pulled up into the parking lot immediately and came out of the store to ask how he could help. I felt it was a bit strange, but from there on in the entire visit and customer service experience was spectacular. He was friendly, courteous, honest and very helpful. His knowledge of tires was impressive and he made straightforward recommendations without any pressure or upsell. Actually, all 3 employees that I interacted were polite and courteous, you don’t expect that from a tire shop. Pricing was Fair & service was efficient; far better than any other tire shop I’ve been in. Thank you for making this a positive experience where I am sharing this recommendation to everyone in my office.
