  I dread auto service and repair, but had an oil change appointment today at Mavis P'Ville. When I arrived, they told me 5 cars were ahead of me, and “an appointment doesn’t really mean anything.” Walked to Valvoline, and it was like a different world. Such a pleasant, professional, prompt experience! Did a quick AI search, and learned Valvoline is stronger for its oil quality and fast service. Assistant Manager, Jason, was awesome. So personable and knowledgeable, and patient with my questions as he explained every step. The Tech, Matthew, was equally polite, proficient, and quick. So was the Tech in the next bay. The Manager, Kevin, greeted me and offered discounts to my entire apartment building. I never had to leave my car, and was done in under 20 minutes. Plus, they give an AARP discount, which Mavis does not. This kind of super-pleasant, exceptional business interaction barely exists today, but Valvoline in Pleasantville reflects the outstanding service and professionalism all consumers hope to encounter.

  Kevin andJason worked on my car. Kevin was very personal and extremely professional! Jason kept me advised on every step of my oil change. I have been using them for many years and never a problem or upselling on repairs not needed. Plus they don’t overcharge like car dealers

  I go to the Vavoline in the Pleasantville NY location. The team there are the best. Lead team Kevin runs an excellent discipline shop. They are consistent...well qualified...informative...and demonstrate excellent customer service. Highly recommend Vavoline in Pleasantville NY.
