The truck was almost perfect, except for the lack of adaptive cruise controls and the outside mirrors need to be towed dried. The mirrors get water spots from the car wash. The water spots on the mirrors make seeing at night hazardous when you consider for most people this is the first time in the vehicle. Otherwise we loved to 1400 miles we spent in the Sierra SLT pickup truck. Getting back to Plattsburgh, New York, we went to the local Enterprise location where we were greeted be another amazing staff member. Management Trainee Mathieu Durkin is an exceptional person. What a great attitude he has. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our experience and I know these employees make the difference.
- DRDaniel RussellMay 1, 20263.0In the past I rented from the Potsdam NY branch and loved my experience with them. This time I rented from the Plattsburgh Ny branch and was very disappointed. I was given a barely cleaned rental with sand in the door pockets/handles, coffee drippings on the center console, dirty rear and passenger windows, and 1.25 quarts low on motor oil. I was given a Chevy equinox as equivalent to my Ford edge, the equinox is made for short people and I'm 6' tall, I was not able to find any way that was comfortable in the equinox, they clearly had larger options available, but claimed it was the same size; you can park them side by side and the equinox disappears in the Edge's silhouette, also the universal protective mats and dog bed I keep in my cars would not fit properly in the equinox and had to be rather crammed in.
