  The plane was a little bit late due to weather. Upon arrival at the Plattsburgh Airport, the Enterprise desk was closed. They were also closed the next day due to no flights. They left 7 people including several ederly persons and one family with a newborn baby stranded. No ubers or taxis were available due to it being after 8pm in this small town. One poor lady had a walker with the two wheels on the front. We brought her to our hotel room because the airport kicked everyone out at 11pm with no where to go. Our family member came all the way from Albany just to bring us to a hotel.

  This could have turned into a really bad review, but everything ended well thanks to the awesome agent who took care of us, Mr. Christina. Upon arrival, the website we booked the car with hadn't sent the reservation to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. But our agent managed to find a solution and we were able to get a car! Even when our card had trouble going through (foreign credit card), he found solutions once again. A huge thank you! He allowed us to keep going on our road trip to New York City!   Upon returning our vehicle in Staten Island we discovered several issues that were missed in our rental agreement and could have created a larger issue. The agent assisting us (Compton Richmond) did an incredible job of sorting out the issues, genuinely making sure we had a good experience and showing what customer service should be. I am leaving a five star review because of his service.

  We were not satisfied with our rental Improvement Enterprise needs to make: -Thorough communication , we found our selves calling several phone numbers including cooperate offices and on site desk to get help. -no one was at airport Enterprise desk to assist despite us calling one hour beforehand to inform of our estimate arrival, an agent said we should be good, but upon arrival to Plattsburgh no one was there, this delayed our trip 3 hours. So from arriving to Plattsburgh to getting into a car was 3 hour wait. This was Unacceptable.
