  Lack of customer service. Arrived for scheduled pick up at Plattsburgh Airport and no one waa there. If you do not staff that location then do not mislead customers to believe you do. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to drive over there after I refused to take a car service (at my expense) to the staffed location in the downtown to get a car. Then when the Alamo rep arrived, there were 2 cars that were filthy dirty - dust, fingerprints, crumbs, dirt, sticky surfaces. When I told your agent, he did not do anything to address it. The car was a dud. Service was bad. Never again will I choose Alamo and I am warning you too.

  Counter person was extremely helpful and accommodating.Great experience from Burlington VT Airport staff after Budget had left us stranded at 1:30 AM. Was able to give us 4 wheel drive vehicle even though we had no reservation with Alamo. We extended the rental with Brandon T. at Plattsburgh Airport with no hassles. Have done several rentals with Brandon previously and always had excellent service.
