From squeezing me in for a same-day appointment, to the manager’s (Shane) clear and transparent communication throughout the wait, the entire experience was excellent. They even identified and corrected work that had been done improperly by a previous mechanic. On top of it all, the price was extremely fair and actually better than I expected.
