- AMAndrea MorgantiOct 11, 20265.0Absolutely wonderful experience. The attendants were all polite and communicated what they were doing as well as listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very pleased.
- MBMike BondOct 4, 20262.0Giving two stars because this is the 2nd time they have messed up my under carriage in 4 oil changes with two different cars. Had to drive it to the shop with it scrapping along the ground twice now. Please do better. I gave two because spite my issue the people are very nice. Maybe it's a training thing.
- FFFusedFireSep 25, 20261.0Usually I don’t leave reviews but after I discovered how much my current issue will now cost me, this is a good time to place my experience here. A few months ago I needed an oil change, no issues, stopped in, going into the steps and they’re changing the oil. But when they were re-tightening the drain plug I heard an impact drill. For those who don’t know, the drain plug should not need an impact drill to tighten it, and furthermore, after my most recent oil change, I was shown the threading and the old plug in the pan, and I’m going to need a new pan plug with how absolutely shredded the threads are. Great people, seemingly unsure about how to handle a drain plug.
