  Quick service. Floor manager was kind and answered all my questions. However, floor staff was loudly arguing in front of myself and another customer, which I find extremely unprofessional. I will continue using them but may not visit this site again.

  Turns out that you do not perform NYS inspections as advertised on your website. I was directed to another location that does perform inspections and the website indicated a 10-20 minute wait. I arrived to find a 4 hour wait. Spent an hour driving around and still need an oil change and inspections. Websites should be updated

  I always use Valvoline to get the oil changed. There was no line. The staff was knowledgeable, quick & efficient. They showed me my air filter & stated that I didn't need to change it quite yet. I appreciated the honesty. Along with the oil change they change the oil filter, check air levels in all tires, tested headlights, brights, turn signal, washer fluid etc. You get to sit in your vehicle while they service it. It's a nice feature. The staff was very pleasant & didn't mind answering questions. I definitely recommend Valvoline for all of your service needs.

  Not customer-oriented. When I arrived, I requested that my oil be drained from the bottom rather than vacuumed out from the top. Regardless of which method is better, the staff seemed more interested in pushing their preference than listening to the customer. After I clearly stated that I wanted it drained, one employee spent several minutes explaining why vacuuming was “better”. I finally had to end the discussion by saying, “We’re draining it today.” From that point forward, the attitude I received was noticeably poor. At the end of the service, they are supposed to check your lights to ensure the headlights, high beams, turn signals, and other lights are working properly. The employee told me I was good to go, but I asked if we could check the lights before I left. He responded, “We have.” That was impossible, as I had never turned on my high beams or blinkers while I was there. I believe he realized how obvious that was because he then changed his story and said, “Oh, when you were pulling in, I checked most of them, but if you’d like, we can do it one more time if it’ll make you feel better.” He then added another sarcastic comment during the inspection. Everyone has bad days, but customer service is a major part of this job. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience.
