  I bought new tires 10 months and 11,000 miles ago with guarenteed free tire rotations. These tires were guarenteed for 65,000 miles. After dropping it off for a rotation and a patch for a potential leak, I was told that my tires were far too gone and that I needed to spend $800 on 4 new tires and that the one tire had a plug already. I had never had work done to these tires since buying them so this was concerning. After a self-inspection of my treads, they were fine, slightly worn. The guy there either didn't know what he was looking at or was likely trying to scam me for money. They also ended up not rotating my tires which was what I had originally went there for. This was the worst business experience I have ever had and will never come here again

  The techs here are always super helpful and go out of their way to take care of issues. The frustrating thing is being connected to the call center when you call, and they have no idea of what is happening. I will be a repeat customer, as well as the rest of my family.

  FOR SHAME! Avoid at all costs! This shop will try to sell you four new tires when one is flat. The tires were less than 1 year old with under 3,000 miles on the tread but insisted all 4 tires needed to be replaced or the AWD would be compromised. Gimme me a break! Despicable Sinful Greedy tech working on Sunday 8/9/26 can’t recall his name but clearly working on commission. Tried to take advantage of my naive 16 years old daughter who had a tire blow out. Totally gross - do yourself and your family a favor and do not support this corporate shop that cares nothing about honesty and integrity. I don’t like writing Google reviews like this but want my local community to be aware of these charlatans

  Said couldn't pass car for inspection for spoiler light not working. Had to take to hoselton. They passed it without any issues.
