  Customer Service was great. They were able to take me in on short notice, take care of the issues, and when there was a follow up problem, they saw the car immediately and made it right. The front desk manager is why I’m leaving this review- it was her prompt attention, due diligence, and customer service that gets my gratitude, and my future business. Thank you.

  The team at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful. This particular day 4/29 the woman performed the New York State inspection. They were friendly, helpful, and really helped me out because I only had one day left to get my inspection. I had scheduled it with customer service two weeks in advance; customer service got the times wrong, but the manager promptly squeezed me in for the day during my lunch. I was very grateful. They seem to be a very efficient team, they got me in and out, and I’ll definitely come back. Just be sure to press the right prompt to get someone onsite and not their outsourced customer service.

  A big shout out to Ashley and her mechanic (I didn't get his name). My son's car ran out of coolant in the plaza across the street from Monro and it wouldn't start. After bringing him coolant and filling it, I gave them a call to see if they had time to look at it. Ashley said to head over, that they wouldn't have time to fix it today (it was after 5 pm) but they'd be happy to take a look. After a quick check and good advice we were good to head back home. They were so kind and helpful. Thank you Ashley and team! I would definitely use them for future repairs.

  This is the ONLY place I bring my cars for service. I always receive timely, quality service at a great price. They never try to push unnecessary services on me, and always provide honest feedback about what needs to be done to my vehicles on the road and safe. I would recommend this Monro location to anyone. Be sure to make an appointment because they are often very busy, likely because others have had a similar experience with this shop.
