  Came in with a loose heat shield, took care of it in 15 minutes no appointment. Store manager was extremely friendly.

  AVOID AT ALL COST. just left monroe with my wife's car still not fixed and some of the worst communication in my life. Yesterday the assistant told me that he would have the car done today and that he would get the tires he needs from another store. Then my wife gets a call today saying the car would be done today. As we head to the shop after work we call to make sure the car is done they tell my wife that the tires never showed up and their inspection machine is down.....you didnt know that earlier!? All of this happened after the first monroe i went to said that the pads were low with only 3/32 of an inch left which happend to be a lie, when I chaged the breaks (cause i wasnt going to spend 500+ for just a break change) there was 1/4" of life left in the pads. They lie to get more money from you then after the lies and the horrible communication the mechanic say to me "well, don't wait until the end of the month.....so i need to plan all of YOUR mistakes when scheduling a vist. I will be bringing my tools with my when i pick the car up i do not trust any of you with my wifes safety. I am confident that the break pad situation happened because the name on the work order was a women's. I will spread this story as far and wide as i can.

  Ashley & her team were fantastic!!! Her customer service was beyond pleasant & helpful!! I went in an hour before closing & they were able to get me back on the road within 45 mins!!! Ashley even ran to get the part needed before she left for the day!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!

  ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE!!! I recently moved to the area and had to have my car inspected within 10 days of registering it. In the "fog of moving" the 10 days crept up fast and I was getting ready to travel out of the country for the next month! I walked in to this location on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. Naturally, they were booked up for the day and offered to make a reservation for me the following week. I asked if they knew of another place that could take me as a walk-in (and explained my situation). Ashley then said, "hold on, let me see if there is anything we can do to get you in today". She then had a conversation with technician Brandon....and came back to tell me they would take care of me that day!!! I was blown away by their compassion!!! Ashley and Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty to help a stranger! They saved me that day and won a loyal customer! THANK YOU!!!
