  While waiting for my car I got to spend time talking with the service desk lady and believe me is always fun and they make you feel welcome. Thanks girls, you made my day. And as always excellent service.

  I brought my car in for a morning appointment on 6/20/2026 (I LEFT THE CAR) to have tires mounted and inspected and when I asked the store manager to please give me a call when done, I was told to have some grace as she didnt have any technicians working only her 61 year old manager.... I never received a call at the end of day. I reached out at 5:50 (they close at 6), I was told that they were not able to get to my car and would not be able to get to it tomorrow as she probably wouldnt have a technician working?? I have lived in Penfield near this shop for many year and while convenient, will not be using it again. The company's inability to retain quality management and tech's over the years is embarrassing.

  Went in the get 4 tires. Fair pricing. And the customer service is great. Amazing staff. Chodie was great company while I was there!

  They switched to a call center in India who schedule when there are no staff available!

  Derek, Antonio and Crew are amazing! They stayed after close to get my truck finished up on a Saturday and still had smiles and handshakes for me before leaving. Amazing Crew, great prices and an overall 5 star visit. Definitely will be back again
