    I had a check engine light and I got some really good assistance with what was actually going on with my car rather than what the mechanics was telling me. I will always come her and visit Shani if I have any other issues

    Horrible service, never had a problem after going to Autozone for over 15 years will no longer be visiting this specific Autozone, new manager refused to refund me a malfunction auto part according to the mechanic,she claimed once a part is installed the warranty is gone leaving you with the only option to get a new part only but no refund,instead of giving me a refund like I was asking, she claims it’s on the receipt those rules, called her manager he backed her up claiming those are the rules, however they will be giving me a refund to go back the next day after having her denied the refund, why make me go thru all that trouble and give me a refund the next day after I make phone calls why not grant the refund the same day I requested part was bought 1 week previously it was under warranty, I’ve seen managers come and go Matt, Natalie, this new manager really left a bad taste to never return, very unfortunate, By the way AutoZone offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on many parts, allowing for free replacements or refunds if a part fails during the warranty period. You must have the original receipt or a linked phone number for lookup. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and usually expires when you sell your vehicle. Key Aspects of AutoZone’s Warranty: Coverage Length: Varies by part, often listed on the receipt. Many hard parts (like brakes, alternators, starters) come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.     Tried to place an order online. My order had to be 100.00 or more to reach my 20% discount. I finally realized anything that listed the option of "same day" delivery automatically made the order ineligible fir the discount or or promo code. I had to spend another 8.56...everything I added to my cart was "out of stock". I added about 8 different items around or above that price and all came up out of stock...what's the deal here??? Are all these items really "out of stock". Really? Very strange. Never placed the order! Will go somewhere else!
