Horrible service, never had a problem after going to Autozone for over 15 years will no longer be visiting this specific Autozone, new manager refused to refund me a malfunction auto part according to the mechanic,she claimed once a part is installed the warranty is gone leaving you with the only option to get a new part only but no refund,instead of giving me a refund like I was asking, she claims it’s on the receipt those rules, called her manager he backed her up claiming those are the rules, however they will be giving me a refund to go back the next day after having her denied the refund, why make me go thru all that trouble and give me a refund the next day after I make phone calls why not grant the refund the same day I requested part was bought 1 week previously it was under warranty, I’ve seen managers come and go Matt, Natalie, this new manager really left a bad taste to never return, very unfortunate,
