- SES65M3_ EnthusiastAug 5, 20262.0Hello everyone, I had my tire plugged here a month or two ago. The tire service itself was good, but the customer service could have been better. The owner Dave seemed quite cocky, which came across as a bit arrogant to me. It did not seem like he was just having a bad morning; it felt more like his usual attitude. The woman working in the office was not very welcoming either. She did not greet me or say good morning, just got straight to business. In a service-based business, a simple greeting can make a big difference. I also noticed a situation where Dave had a disagreement with a customer who did not speak English as their first language. There was a clear communication barrier that could have been handled more thoughtfully, and I was also surprised Dave used profanity when talking about the customer, especially with others in the waiting area. Finally, when one of his regular customers, an older white gentleman came in, Dave was very friendly and welcoming, saying "Hey bud, good morning, how are we doing today?" I believe all customers, not just regulars, should receive this kind of treatment. Both new and returning customers are important for a business to continue to thrive.
