I have a stock 2024 Ford Transit and came in to get snows/all-season tires swapped. Over an hour later, they have two of the snow tires off and told me they don't have the proper equipment to be able to balance them. So, now I'm getting the tires put back on (which will also be unbalanced) and looking for somewhere else to go.
They knew what vehicle I was bringing in ahead of time, they knew what vehicle they were putting on the lift, but it took them until the job was half done to tell me they couldn't do it.
Waste of two hours and extra stress. Would not go here again.

Went in for an oil change and specifically requested to be present during the service because of a previous bad experience at this location. Last time, after 45 minutes on the lift, I was told my drain plug had been stripped by whoever did the previous oil change. Since I had done that oil change myself, I knew that wasn't true, and I ended up replacing the oil pan on my own.
Despite confirming I wanted to be present when I booked and again when I arrived, they started work without notifying me. Since I was paying attention, I walked outside and around the building and observed through the open bay door. I understand that may have made the technician uncomfortable, but I watched him struggle with the drain plug without using any penetrating lubricant, without holding the backing nut for leverage, and while working on painted fasteners that clearly could have benefited from additional care.
The technician then told management he couldn't get it loose and was uncomfortable with me watching. The manager came out and immediately asked who had done my last oil change, which was a familiar question from my previous experience. When I suggested using PB Blaster or another penetrating oil, I was told it would take a long time to work. Anyone with experience dealing with seized fasteners knows that penetrating oil can often help within minutes.
I had hoped things had improved over time, but based on this experience, I would only return here for tires. I would think twice before having other services performed. Between the technical issues, the unwillingness to consider reasonable suggestions, and the customer service, this location could benefit from additional training.
