  1. I give you 1 star for coming to my house to replace windshield under insurance. Had crack starting to go up spreading 2. Insurance co gave me info to call Safelight. (You can use another place IF "certified" to do this). I chose easiest you come to us. The 1st appt had 2b rescheduled due to rain. Note: If you don't have dry place 5' each side then reschedule or bring to shop to do. Tech guy told me on phone they can drive my car from me to their shop & back. IMO I would never do this as what if there is MVA or another thing could happen) 3. Time slit was 8-12 be here. Got call from tech Kyle he will be here half hour. He replaced front windshield (covered ins) When done NO receipt, NO talk tell anything had to be done differently etcm just take tape off in x & about not washing ☆☆Why it the black trim sticking straight up at a 90 degree angle from the window and not flush, It has groves it goes in & it looks like he twisted it and kept that way...both vertical sides. NEED COME FIX THIS, NOT HAPPY.

  I took the day off to go into the Patchogue, NY location but the manager cancelled my appointment and I had no idea! She was so rude and gave me misleading information so I left to call my insurance company after a hr hold I tried to make another appointment which was avail for a few days. You don’t get the location directly. But the manager called t confirm my appointment when I called her out on her misinformation she argued! Long story short I got the glass repaired and the technician was great he’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star!

  Arrived to my home on time, I was not able to stay home so I left and returned to a replaced windshield, no broken glass debreit in sight. Keys safely stowed...Excellent Job!!

  Julio at the rt. 112 location did a great job replacing my windshield. The entire experience was excellent. Super friendly staff.

  Safelite is so easy. They'll come to your location to complete the job. They kept me informed through reminders and phone calls of the appointment time. They provided their ETA.. and arrived before schedule. On site, the technician was polite, explained the options, was respectful of my property and he smiled. Customer service backed by excellent work... that's all you need in a company. Thank you for a job well done.
