  Tim was great! I’m happy I decided to come here for a tire replacement prices were fair, And I was in and out quickly! Can’t ask for much more! I will definitely be using them in the future when needed!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went here to get a simple tire plugged for a tire with a slow leak. The man behind the counter was cranky from the minute I got there, after cantankerously taking my information, he told me he would have it fixed within an hour. After waiting for over an hour he finally came outside to look at it, and said “oh, I can’t fix that, the tire is dry rotted”. I said well that would have been nice to know an hour ago, you couldn’t have come out to take a peek at it quickly, so as not to waste my time?? Never apologized, and then told me I could go get a tire plug kit at the auto parts store to do it myself but quickly followed that with, oh never mind they’re closed now, they close at 5pm. I ended up finding another auto parts store that was still open and did in fact fix it myself. I will never be going back to Mavis in Patchogue again, thanks to their lack of customer assistance and complete unwillingness to help. ZERO STARS.

  I had an oil change, inspection, and tire replacement on my car today. They provided several options of tires to choose from. Saturdays will be busy at most repair shops; I left the car around 8:30 and it was ready by noon. Well done.

  Amazing Experiance, they greeted me quickly and addressed my needs. I only came to have a tire plugged and I did bring the tire loose from car. One of the young men in the back had stated he would do it for me quickly and that I can wait. After rolling the tire in, I came outside for 5 mins and in that time he had the tire plugged, filled with air, and balanced it for me. Amazing speed and execution. I truly can appreciate this kind of work ethic and sense of Urgency from a young man. Some of us old timers know the customer service industry as a whole has in any industry has taken a nose dive in past decade or more. This young man needs to be recognized for understanding, assessing and deciding to act immediately. Most “Hourly” employees do not care how long you wait as customer. This store was also very busy, at least 4 people in the waiting lounge, several cars in the shop being worked on. This team must have great leadership from management on duty. Even the manager who was writing me up took the time to update any vehicles and address changes to my profile. While I know it’s “part of their job” it still needs to acknowledged as being a pro at what they do bc may of my retail experiences include cust Serv reps just doing the bare minimum and just “checking the boxes” instead of truly listening and engaging with the customer. These men didn’t make it so transactional and I value their service and work. GREAT JOB MAVIS OF MEDFORD
