  Alex and everyone at Enterprise were so helpful! I had to rent a car while my new car was in the shop. He went above and beyond to make the process as easy and inexpensive as possible. They even gave me a ride back to the dealer when I returned the rental. I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to rent a car in the future. Thanks Alex!

  Brian & his staff: Alex, David & Liam, take Very good care of you, going above & beyond in providing service. They are outstanding! I live in Hauppauge, & will do all our rentals through this Medford office. I say , come in, talk, rent ,& enjoy your trip. This will be my third rental with Enterprise after losing my car.

  I live in East Moriches and went to the Patchogue Enterprise! I found the staff and prices there were great! I was very satisfied with them. I will certainly use them again when I have a need to. Thanks Guys!!!

  I will definitely use Enterprise in Patchogue again. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and renting the car was really quick and easy.

  I am writing this for my father who rented a car from enterprise in Patchogue on rt 112. If I could give a zero I would. Upon receiving the vehicle it was wet down with a power washer by the employee, when I got home the car was dry and looked like it wasn't washed in months. large bird droppings all over the outside. The inside had dog hair and muddy paw prints all over the car seat. The windows were smeared with dog saliva, the dashboard had "WARNING" notices I was low on fluids and the jack was not secure and rolled around on each turn. When I called I was put on hold, I called corporate and it fell on deaf ears. I had to pay for a car wash, a half hour vacuuming dog hair off the seats, peanut shells and napkins all over the floor. Then I had to clean the windows inside and out. Upon returning the car I sat and watched the cleaning crew take a car from the lot squirt it with water and give to two other customers. My return was brought to be cleaned and immediately returned to the lot, they did nothing not even see if the jack was secured. Upon check out nothing was said, I had to find a manager who obviously could care less. What a shame how the "Quality" of enterprise has fallen. Its all about getting the car in, and turned around for profit. No longer customer oriented, I spent over a thousand dollars for the rental, had to clean the car myself, put fluids in it so I could drive safely and they don't even care. Renter beware they are sending these cars out unsafe and minimum maintenance.
