  I needed to rent a car a day before Memorial Day weekend. I requested a Nissan Rogue. Even though it was very crowded that day the manager, Aneisha, was calm, efficient, and helpful. She handled many issues that people had. I was happy to get the car that I requested. I would recommend Ozone Park Enterprise Car Rental. Special thanks to Aneisha.

  I choose this Enterprise location because it’s close to my home, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. However, my experience has been consistently affected by long wait times. Even with a reservation, I often end up waiting an hour or more before receiving a vehicle, and in some cases I’ve had to wait additional time for the car to be cleaned. I understand that delays can happen, but if a vehicle is reserved for a specific time, customers should be able to pick it up promptly. I’ve also had issues with fuel charges despite returning the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when I received it. On several occasions, I’ve even returned the car with more fuel than it originally had. The employees are great, but the vehicle readiness and fuel management processes could use improvement. Other Enterprise locations I’ve visited have provided a much smoother and faster experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience at this location.

  Always come here every single last person working here is amazing the manager is great at what he does this is my favorite location my home I definitely love aneisha if I spelled her name right whoever has a problem with this location must be crazy these people are nothing less than professional
