Everyone was extremely friendly, quick and proffesional, the guy at the register Adam showed me how filthy my cabin air filter was and put a new one in for me! They topped off my wash fluid and filled my tires too which i was very thankful for.

Incredibly pleasant, thorough and quick service. After a terrible experience at a different company I was especially impressed with the completeness of the checks they do on the vehicle, how they explain everything and how fast they were done. They even had some good jokes, I was in and out within 15-20 minutes

Beware of this location. Took 2022 Dodge Truck in for a standard oil change. Store overtightened oil filter that resulted in a torn O ring (oil gasket). Oil leaked out of truck causing low oil pressure, since no oil was in vehicle. Resulted in costly repairs. Store manager tried to blame issue on recall on truck which there is none. Went to 2 independent service stations (one being a dodge dealer) who both stated problem was caused by the torn O ring installed by Valvoline. This is a franchise store so Valvoline corporate will not get involved. In the process of legal proceedings. A lot of work to get reimbursement for incompetency from a simple oil change.

Been going to Valvoline for 20 years but yesterday's experience was awful. Its really hard to turn a big truck into bay 3 with how tight the space is. Rather than tell me to turn left or right, the guy decided he was only going to keep yelling "STRAIGHTEN OUT!" at the top of his lungs. I had already turned my wheel 60 times to even make the turn into the bay, I dont know which way straight is anymore I need to know left or right but buddy was red in the face screaming only "STRAIGHEN OUT!" until the inevitable happened and my side mirror crunched into the side of the door frame. Never felt so embarrassed in my life. Then all the employees had to rush over to make sure he was ok like he was some sort of victim in this situation. All I needed to know was simply left...or right.... never been screamed at like that in my life by an employee of any establishment. Zero percent chance of me ever going back there after that.

Came to this location (orchard park/west seneca) for the first time today & was NOT impressed by any means. Lizzy, the girl directing me to pull my car in, was extremely snappy, nasty, & rude!!! I have no idea how things work at Valvoline - so how am I supposed to know to stay in my car?!?! First time customer & I WILL NOT be returning because of your employee & her nonsense! Maybe you should have pleasant employees instead of that. Might help your business a bit!
