Unbelievably difficult to contact over the phone multiple times left on hold and then the voicemail tells me they cannot take my call at this time. I shouldn’t have to call another location to get in contact about my rental

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. An Enterprise intern employee pulled forward out of a parking spot as I was backing out, causing damage to my personal vehicle, then left the scene. The manager Joe called the police, and the intern employee had to be called back. Police documentation stated no fault, yet Enterprise still placed 100% of the responsibility on me based solely on their employee’s report. I was left responsible for the damage to my vehicle as well as the rental damage expense. To make matters worse, the manager, Joe, asked me inappropriate and personal questions during the situation and asked for my personal phone number, which made an already uncomfortable experience even more inappropriate and unprofessional. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service.

The staff in the Orchard Park location always always very helpful. Listens to you helps you get into a loaner car when needed. I’ve been using this location for about five years and never disappoints.
