- JKJustin KellyJul 29, 20261.0This shop will not accept customer supplied oil or oil filters despite indicating on the phone beforehand that they would do this. I drove over a half an hour to get this done and was told this couldn’t be done. This practice if true may actually violate New York State consumer protections and I intend to escalate this issue to the appropriate regulatory agencies for investigation. Todd, the manager at this shop, then offered to do the oil change for 100 dollars cash off the record when I voiced my objections. Very questionable business practices here and it appears profit is the main concern over all else.
- MMMJul 28, 20265.0Even though this is my third experience recently with Mr. Tire Oneonta Zzz Zzz Zzz, this still warrants another review. These guys are consistent with customer service and square deals. This time, due to an aging system, my muffler came loose. All I needed was new clips. No hard sell for new muffler system. Had new tires placed recently due to dry rot. I needed them. These guys tell it like it IS. New tires hug the road and I maneuver sharp corners like a champ. Mr Tire Oneonta NY keeps my older reliable car in tip top shape. Thank you for your excellent service, again. I will be sure to call for future service.

I booked an appointment over the phone just to have a tire puncture plugged, arrived exactly on time **after hiring a flatbed truck to deliver my SUV**, and then was told there are dozens of customers ahead of me and they were too busy to take me.
