  Thought I needed a starter and brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic test . Unfortunately, I needed an alternator. Mathew did my testing and found a different issue ( harmonic balancer) He encouraged me to follow up with the dealership before ordering the alternator. I found Mathew incredibly honest as he wanted to make sure I didn’t have engine issues before ordering the alternator and wasting money. Unfortunately, I can’t get a dealership diagnostic test until July. I went ahead and had Mathew replace the alternator. I highly recommend MR Tire for honest and reliable service !

  Service was very good, I was in and out very quickly for my inspection. The waiting area is in dire need of updating.

  Stellar customer service and incredibly knowledgeable individuals! Matthew and Kyle took great care of me and my car during my two recent visits for an inspection, replacement of 4 tires on new rims, replacement of battery as well as an alignment.

  They were super friendly and informative. They didn’t just list off the things that were wrong and needed fixing they showed me and explained and showed what it should look like. It was also refreshing as a college student, they were supportive in communication with my parents as they helped pay and even offered to talk to them directly and show them pictures of what’s going on. It was a great environment and everything got done same day and was super efficient. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.
