  Due to a customer bringing the rental back 3 hours late I wasn’t able to get my rental on time and it was very inconvenient trying to adjust timing for what I had to do and ended up having to cancel. Also the customer brought the rental back on E for gas and that was also inconvenient. It’s not the workers fault at all. But if there were enough space to have more cars available maybe it wouldn’t have been such a mess. This location often struggles with having inventory available unless you make sure to reserve enough in advance to hopefully lock one in before they hit the limit. I’d also like to mention that most weekends being the busiest the lot is far too small and is a problem because customers have to park wherever they can fit somewhere jumbled all over the lot which I’m sure is very difficult at times for the workers to have to navigate them all out without causing damage too. A bigger lot is truly necessary for the Oneonta Ny location to hold more inventory that’s often not available as well as providing enough safe and proper parking for the rentals to fit. I remember when it was located on west broadway and it was significantly better, I never was met with any of these issues over there and it was so much more convenient to get there on a safer road. I miss that location often due to the dependable consistency they were able to provide where as now they must have to deal with upset customers frequently and that’s also not fair to them because it’s caused but the inability of the location to provide proper services necessary to avoid all of this. I hope this impacts some kind of change that can resolve somethings for both your customers and employees here. I love enterprise and the employees they do their best and I appreciate that. Always pleasant regarding the employees. I just want it to be safely efficient, and I’m sure you would also like it to be too. Maybe you guys knew this stuff but maybe you didn’t whereas I’m glad I could help. Good luck!

  The 2 vehicles I rented were beautiful 2025 models with all the features. The staff were courteous and attentive. I’d definitely use them again.
