  Warren was a complete pro...through and through...I couldn't hear the car start ( hybrid i found out from him) and he patiently explained everything to me and I was in and out , and he was a sheer pleasure to deal with! So thank you Enterprise for having such a top notch pro working for your company. and I loved my sporty little ride!

  We told them we needed it for at the most a week but we returned it one day early & expected to get a days rental back… but they said we rented it for a week so we had no choice but to pay the full amount.. they offered to let us keep it one more day but we didn’t have anyone else to help us bring it back the next day….

  Rented a car from here for 1 week. Gentleman at the counter was quick, and friendly. The Mazda cx5 we rented was fairly new, but had some minor body damage and scratches. We made sure to document them before we left the lot. Also, for $650 the car should have been washed and detailed. It was not. I had to take it through a car wash for $16, the next day. You could barely see out the back window for all the grime. Over all, a good experience, just dirty car and washed at my expense.

  Luke L is the man. Have a trip to Cooperstown All-Star Village this week. I'm staying in the bunkhouse with the team so I booked a one-day rental from Boston into Oneonta driving the other coach and 3 teammates. Tried to book the return one-day rental back to Boston but there was no inventory online. The only option was a 3-day rental which was would add considerable expense to an already expensive week or I would've had to Uber to Utica and hop on a train which all would have been more expensive than a rental. Luke listened to my situation, understood the bind I was in, and was eager to assist in modifying my reservation. I'm sure the staff is swamped with All-Star Village reservations, but he never appeared annoyed or inconvenienced by my request. This took a huge stress of my plate and got my trip off to a great start. Thank you, Luke!

  2 years in a row, they magically dont have a van or SUV for a frickin reservation made in February for a July pick up and have no decency to call you to let you know until you go to pick it up. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!
