Very Amazing service! I came in with a tire issue and they took care of me quickly and professionally. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. They explained what was wrong, fixed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was good before I left. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find a tire shop that’s both trustworthy and efficient, but this place definitely is. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Terrible service! Employees are extremely rude and prices were significantly higher than local competitors. I went in for routine service even though I had heard from others that this business was overpriced and provided substandard service. Seriously. Take your vehicle anywhere but here! I’d hate to see anyone else waste their time or money.

These guys were amazing. I was driving out of town at 7:30 on a Thursday night. My tire started losing air. I found this Mavis tire shop. Gentleman comes out says let us take a look. I waited just a few minutes and he comes back said it was the tire stem. I was waiting for them to say the tire is not fixable you’ll need a new one but they were efficient honest and friendly! I wish I lived there so I could give them my regular business. Great job!

I went it for my ny state inspection. I was greeted very well. The man at the counter(the manager i think) was extremely helpful with telling me about a short wait time and the price. He made the experience so easy and pleasant. The car went into the bay right on schedule. The entire process was fast and friendly. I usually go to the rome store being the closest to my house, but im gonna start using oneida. They are so much faster and welcoming. Its worth the extra 10 min drive for me.
