Tried to sell my daughter 4 new brakes. There is no indication that they needed to be replaced, no squeaking or rubbing. Talked her into 4 new tires I'm not sure were needed. I think they saw a 20 something girl and saw an easy target. We will never give them our business again.

I want to start by saying that Mike and Wesley were great to work with. They were very accommodating and seemed to genuinely want to help. Thank you both.
Other than that, this place has some serious management issues. Apparently there’s only one person that can change brakes since I left my car for 3 days and when I called at the end of the second, I was told that he wasn’t in and it would be done the next day. The next day I called halfway through the day and was told they haven’t started it yet but would hopefully get to it soon. I went in 3 hours later and was told they were waiting on a part and it wouldn’t be there for another two days. The car hadn’t even left the parking lot.
Huge waste of time and had to spend money on a rental so my car could stay parked.
