Great experience a year or so ago. Got my brakes replaced 3 months ago. I went back because there was a weird noise. They said it was fine. Now I sit at my dealership getting new breaks because I failed inspection. I haven’t done anything with my car that would ruin my breaks within the past 3 months.

Horrible time there. The Manager Ken is VERY rude and is rude to his employees. Very unprofessional. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and all he did was yell at his employees and sit around, I had to wait 2 hours. He is very horrible to his staff and team. You can even hear him yelling at them from the garage area. If a manager treats their employees like garbage thats awful that a store would let someone do that to their staff. Not impressed. Never coming here again. That manager needs to be fired.
