We do not appreciate how this particular monro will not answer the phone, will not call to let us know the vehicle is ready, will not inform us if the vehicle will take longer then expected. I absolutely can not stand how when the vehicles are "done" Ryan will not inform us. He refuses to call us to let us know. Get a what's app or something and text us if you dont want to call. My tire is still leaking Ryan 🙃 I'm not trying to be difficult and I keep telling them this but I guess wanting communication is just asking to much. No worries guys, we won't come back. I know thats what you want and I want us all to be happy and have a good time.
