  Ok... I came here today to drop my car off for my state inspection. I brought it early at 230 when my appointment was for 530 due to ride reasons... However, when I showed up again to wait at 520. I heard the boss complain about having to come in because of call ins and stuff but that does not excuse what happened today. Bob the boss, said "sorry we are a little behind but your car is next." About 5 mins after me sitting. I had no reasons to believe other wise but what do ya know, another 20 minutes pass (it's 540 now and I'm waiting for my car to even be brought in) when a worker brings in a completely DIFFERENT car instead of mine. I understand not doing my inspection when I dropped it off early BUT NOW YOU MISSED MY APPOINTMENT TIME at 530 and my car wasn't even bothered being brought in...I have come here for years and I've been getting car inspections since I owned a car at 16. Never have I ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes, let alone all day. Worst service I have received here and no apologies. I wouldn't be back because the workers there are mad sketch now anyways.... And obvi take more expensive car work over simple loyal customers. Not impressed.

  This was my first time going to Munro in Ogdensburg.They gave me an appointment quickly. My car made a lot of noise after using the brakes. They replaced my rear brakes and rotors. I was extremely happy with their service and will definitely go back again. I found them very trustworthy!

  We had a tire blow out on vacation. Turned out we needed 2 tires. Not only did they have the right size in stock, the manager got us in quickly. He didn't try to upsell anything. This would be our regular service center if we lived in the area.

  The Service Manger, Bob, has always gone above and beyond for me. Hard to find that kind of service anymore. Exceptional service.

  Not being from NYS, it seems to take fat longer than other states I've lived in, so the wait is frustrating, though due to state laws. Otherwise, it was fine.
