When I returned the car, I saw on my receipt charges that I didn't agree with (I had checked-in through the app before picking up). Jack quickly reverse the charges, no questions asked. One thing I'll say is that the car was dirtier than expected, especially the back seat area. Didn't realize until later after I left since I was in a hurry. All in all, not a bad place to rent a car without trekking to the airport.

However, my rental experiences here have consistently been poor. The cars were either very dirty, or they develop mechanical issues right after I drove off the lot. On top of that, the fuel tank was nearly empty every single time I picked up the car, which is completely unacceptable.

- CHChris HoodAug 5, 20261.0Do not rent from Nyack Enterprise. Period. I rented a car here, and told them I would have to return the car after hours. When I brought the car back, the lot was jammed full and I had to leave the car at the entrance to the lot, as close as I could. The village of Nyack then issued parking tickets totaling $325 dollars (!!!), which I discovered when Enterprise sent me an email saying that I would be billed for the amount to the credit card used to pay for the car. Life was overwhelming at that moment, and I didn't have the bandwidth to fight it. Then they did not bill it, but sent it to a collection agency. When I call Nyack Enterprise, it's impossible to talk to an actual person. No one answers the phone. Awful experience.
