  It was 6:00pm on wednesday the rep Jack there took amazing care of me and gave me a super clean car and i needed to one way it, all the other locations said no to me or gave me a ridiculous price, Jack was amazing quick process i highly recommend renting from enterprise nyack

  Easy transactions! Car was waiting at the autobody shop, quick and easy handoff. The Nissan Rogue (a free upgrade) was nice and clean. At the end, I just dropped off the keys with the autobody shop and I was done!

  The staff was professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly. They were able to pick me up at the auto body shop and bring me back when my car was ready which was really convenient. The driver was engaging and helpful.

  I use enterprise a lot for work purposes (business account), so I have worked with plenty of enterprises. This one has by far been the worst customer service experience. I called on a Saturday to see about swapping my rental. The employee put me on hold for almost 1 hour and never once took me off hold to check in. By the time I hung up it was 1:15pm and they were already closed. I called back Monday and they were apologetic and said they would take care of my request. They told me a bunch of cars were getting dropped off and they would call me back. Never heard from them so I called. The person I spoke to said they had no vehicles for me to swap. When I told him a previous employee was supposed to call me when the other vehicles were dropped off, he had no idea what I was talking about. I will no longer be doing business at this branch.
