I had a 40,000+ rental and it showed inside and especially outside. The car was not washed, there was some kind of splattered paint on it and I had to cleaned all the windows outside and inside. All of them!...I paid for two days even though I only used it for one. Closed on Sunday's. The only reason I rented from Enterprise is because I can walk to the shop. So I paid high price for a very poorly maintained automobile. Very disappointing.

Jack was super helpful on my last rental. He was attentive and provided great service. He even did an extra vacuum/wipe of the car for me.

Overall good experience - car was in working order. When I returned the car, I saw on my receipt charges that I didn't agree with (I had checked-in through the app before picking up). Jack quickly reverse the charges, no questions asked. One thing I'll say is that the car was dirtier than expected, especially the back seat area. Didn't realize until later after I left since I was in a hurry. All in all, not a bad place to rent a car without trekking to the airport.
