Joshua handled the connectivity to Sirius xm.
1st visit maintenance, Sirius became disabled. I brought the car back in and Joshua worked on this issue and called Sirius himself. Between Joshua and Sirius the connection was fixed. But I watched him problem-solve and kept me updated. I was impressed with his ability to stay on task and complete his assignment.
I overheard a dismissive comment/suggestion made to Joshua from another employee about my car. I was proud of him that he took the suggestion and filed it in the “garbage can”.

I do my Subaru EV service here and have bought a Subaru EV from Zappone as well. This dealership seems to be better acquainted with sales and service of the Subaru EV line that some others in the region. They are a little less formal and rigid than some other area Subaru dealers. I appreciate them going to the extra effort to locate the vehicle I wanted, which is in high demand and hard to get currently.

Ethan made my first time car shopping in person a relaxed and fun experience. He was friendly and accommodating and very patient while I tried out three total vehicles before deciding what I wanted. He and Cassie even went so far as to let me test drive two vehicles home and back (20 minutes one way) so I could make sure which one would fit my whole family's needs best. I also enjoyed the financing experience with Dillon and felt like he got me a pretty fair, clear deal for my circumstances. The final paperwork process was very fast and smooth, and I really appreciated the extra effort they went to in coordinating with State Farm to get me set up. I will also compliment the responsiveness of the service department, as after a week with the Outback I noticed the coolant reservoir appeared extremely low and reached out. Josh got me in same-day and I was there less than 30 minutes while they confirmed no leaks and topped things up and got me on my way. All in all a very pleasant dealership experience so far.
