In the Norwich ny store, Dennis and Connor were extremely helpful with getting me back on the road in the early morning. They went out of their way to take care of my issue in a timely manner and get me back on the road, Thanks, guys!

Had and appointment twice for oil change and tire rotation while I wait. Both times when I got there they didn't know how soon they could do it. Very poor scheduling. Will not go back.

6 stars no less! - and I never write online reviews, but here I really had to: Mike and his team are super trustworthy, welcoming, straight shooters, the most affordable and not financially pushy - I mean, so much that they wouldn't even let me pay to do a pre-purchase used car inspection for me (and they took time to see me without notice). Their precious professional opinion helped me stay away from a rotten lemon. If you want a garage that will tell you exactly what's up with your car, present solutions and let you choose, give them a call! Thanks again guys (not a fake/stupid bot review!)

Very disappointed with our experience at Monroe Muffler in Norwich. We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and also purchased new tires. After paying a substantial amount, we got the vehicle home and discovered the steering wheel was severely crooked, causing the car to veer significantly to the left when driving straight. We brought it back three separate times as requested, only to repeatedly be told that a crooked steering wheel was “fine” and have the issue left unresolved. After multiple trips and phone calls, including a complaint to corporate, we still weren’t getting the problem properly addressed. If something isn’t right after you service someone’s vehicle, own the mistake and fix it. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly return to a shop to get a safety-related issue taken seriously. Very frustrating experience.
