  The best service I have ever had from a rental car place...I cannot say that enough this location, it's people are next level. You are in and out the door in no time, please please anyone reading this please do not rent a mule from Uhaul if they have one, it's the worst in the business. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL PERIOD ..I HAVE BEEN WARNED..anyway on to a more pleasant, lighter user friendly place to do business. This location all day every day..👍👌

  Almost getting hit by a truck because the van malfunctioned why trying to accelerate onto a highway, stranded for almost 10 hours, given the run around by different enterprise locations, my wife catching Ubers to locations trying to get help and paying for Ubers back to the van and having to drive an unsafe vehicle an hour away to another location for help and being charged for this experience is honestly crazy. This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle from enterprise that has broken down over the years. I just have to thank god we weren’t injured and also thank god that our enterprise vehicle didn’t kill another driver on the road because that truck driver came close.

  Truck worked great, returned after hours, spoke with office next day and they said all was good, I asked for an invoice to be emailed, 2 days later, still no invoice. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5.

  Unfortunately I have to update this review. We were under the impression that we wouldn’t be charged because the van we rented broke down in the highway, wouldn’t accelerate and we were almost hit by an 18 wheeler who was also almost completely n an accident. We had to wait on the side of the road at 3am for a tow, we were towed to a location and had to wait for them to open. None of the enterprises in the area could help we had to drive this van at 30mph to a location about an hour away which initially told us they didn’t have any vehicles. This extended our trip longer than anticipated which added charges along with lost money from work deals. I tried to dispute it with my bank but they said enterprise told them that everything was fine and services were delivered however there were a lot of things wrong with this transaction including we could have lost our lives on the highway along with that truck driver. We were stranded for almost 10 hours, I had to jump in Ubers to enterprise locations and was given the run around. Being late getting back cost me a $12k deal. It’s a shame you are told one thing and they do something else. I still stand by John and his willingness to help but not sure if we will use enterprise again seeing as this is like the 3rd vehicle that has broken down to n use over the years. So being charged that much for an experience and trauma like this is actually insane.
