  Truck worked great, returned after hours, spoke with office next day and they said all was good, I asked for an invoice to be emailed, 2 days later, still no invoice. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5.

  We recently rented a Ford Transit cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental in Syracuse, and while our trip took an unexpected turn when the van needed to be towed on our way home, the way John handled the situation completely changed the experience. From the moment he learned what had happened, John remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. We had already spoken with other Enterprise locations and were repeatedly told that no vehicles were available. Instead of giving us another dead end, John immediately got on the phone, connected with the right people, and started working on a solution to get our family home safely. This all happened around 3:00 AM, so we had to wait until everything opened, but as soon as John was aware of the situation, he took ownership and stayed on top of it. During an extremely stressful situation, his communication, compassion, and determination made all the difference. I’ve had some less-than-great experiences with Enterprise in the past, but employees like John remind me why I continue to give the company another chance. When things don’t go as planned, having someone who genuinely cares and is willing to go the extra mile means everything. Thank you, John, for taking such great care of our family. Your outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. However I must add that I had more charges to my credit card that hit after I left this review and I still stand by John and his great assistance during this time but not have to open a case with credit card company because it almost looks like double charges which I refuse to pay considering everything that took place. So that’s the only thing I would suggest clients to be cautious of.

  Great service, great trucks, fantastic value. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I have rented 3/4 and one ton trucks on several occasions. With one weeks rental and full insurance, including unlimited mileage, being less than a typical monthly payment of an equivalent truck, it's a no brainer for an occasional or even frequent user. For those weighing options of rental companies, make sure you factor in the mileage charge in your cost comparison, I know that may sound obvious, but many people get pulled in by a cheap daily rate and don't factor in additional charges. In my opinion, Enterprise provides the best value for money over the competition.
