A really good experience at the Syracuse airport area location. Maddie was awesome! She picked me up at the airport and drop me off made the process very smooth and easy. Way to go Enterprise!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Enterprise. Their cars are exceptional and the people are amiable, cooperative and efficient.

There was a slight problem, it was handled quickly and with a smile by Maddie. Making this a great experience!

I’ve been a 10 plus years dedicated long term customer ever since new management this location has gone downhill I always prebook my reservations and this location has left me stranded several times I’ve tried to give them some leeway but customer service has been a 1 star previous to my 5 star reviews I’m very disappointed with this location as it was my first time booking with them and being a on going customer spending several of thousands of dollars on rentals
