  I reserved a specific vehicle class, Full-Size SUV, for a very specific purpose. I got a call from the Enterprise location 3 days before to confirm my rental and vehicle class. When I showed up, they had given my rental to someone else and did not have another for me. They put me in a smaller vehicle while they tried to find an F/S SUV, although they kept the rate at the F/S SUV rate. The next day, I got a call they they found a vehicle for me and I would need to travel back to the location to swap. When I showed up, the vehicle they had for me was dirty, not well maintained and had a very profound odor of marijuana. I called it out during the “walk thru” and the branch manager tried to downplay it and gave me a bottle of air freshener. I had no choice but to accept the vehicle as I needed it that day. Throughout the 4 day rental, the whole time the odor causing me a splitting headache, the branch did not attempt to rectify the situation. They only offered to remove one day of charges (the day they gave me the smaller class vehicle), and then offered me a free upgrade next time I rent from that branch. This does me no good as I will no longer be giving my business to Enterprise.

  I want to commend Enterprise Rent-A-Car for their utmost service. They went way beyond my expectations to accommodate me. This experience was truly one of the best I’ve ever had with Enterprise. Ryan, Marielle, and Gabby were phenomenal. I have been without my own vehicle since April 27 due to a car accident that I was not at fault for. Throughout this stressful time, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure I had a vehicle at all times. When my insurance coverage ran out, they worked with me seamlessly so I could transition to paying for a rental personally, showing great flexibility.
