  This place is always busy. Sometimes the staff can’t help you due to being understaffed. Had my car battery changed recently. Cee Cee was very helpful. He replaced the car battery professionally and took his time to do it.

  This location has employees that go over and above for customers especially Lamar and Anthony . I will go back for the services they provided to me and soooo patient with all my questions and concerns

  Anthony V. was very helpful and patient with me. He guided me through calmly and professionally in buying a battery, he changed it rather quickly while we enjoyed a good chat. It was my pleasure to give this 5 star review and I will come back here if I run into any troubles again. Also we have the same name.

  I visited this location today to return a set of brake pads, but the experience was incredibly unprofessional. I was greeted by a cashier who called a manager (Alex/Alexander) over by saying, “I have a fun one for you.” Despite AutoZone’s clear corporate return policy, Alexander insisted he couldn't process the refund for unspecified reasons. Rather than arguing, I went to a different location where the staff handled the return immediately with no issues. This location seems to lack both professionalism and an understanding of corporate policy. I won't be returning to this specific branch

  Just putting it out there Anthony V was great. Very helpful and thoughtful. Even when leaving made sure no further assistance was needed. Bless up to the young man and appreciate the service.
