The NF team is awesome! I was in and out - they took the time to explain everything and they were even nice to my dog!

100% I stopped as I assumed I needed an oil change. The manager (came right over to my car. I wish I caught his name… ) I had said that the sticker on my car said I wasn’t due for an oil change for 4000 miles, but the light on my dashboard came up. He told how to reset the oil change indicator. Turn key on partially , press gas 3 or 4 times , start up , all reset ! I didn’t need an oil change! He could have just as easily taken in my Jeep patriot & given & charged me for an oil change. I would not have known the difference . I am so grateful that this manager at Valvoline Niagara Falls outlet was honest and let me know I was not in need of service yet & has me reset the indicator ! I will return there when I need one! You’ve got my business! How unique isn’t it? Totally honest! Thank you much!

Will not be going back here for a oil change or inspection. Two times ive gone and both times for wipers, and missing lug nuts??? !!!! Mechanic. If u call them that there, came in after I refused the more expensive wipers, then came in and said I was missing lug nuts, and my inspection failed. Had to go buy 2 lug nuts, and return for them to put them on. Charged me 10 bucks for 8 seconds of work to put 2 lug nuts on. Joke.

Most of the staff was great. The person taking my info was less than helpful. When the cost difference from the last oil change was 60$ more, I simply asked why it was so much more and the person replied, "ugh....I don't know!" I'm already paying over 100$ to get my oil changed there so that will be the last time I go to this location. The 2 stars is for the rest of the group that was working hard to get done quickly.
