I was traveling with my niece from Canada and got a flat tire while going through customs. We pulled over at the nearest exit and Mavis was right there, waiting to help :) I can't say enough about the staff, how thorough they were, their customer service was above and beyond. They did everything they could to make sure we were back on the road in just a few hours. They are friendly, knowledgeable, kind and a great representative of the Mavis name.

Great costumer service! Will from the packard road loacation helped me book a last minute appointment when my inspection was expired and made sure my service lights were also taken care of and a full tire rotation plus notified when my tires would expire by winter. Will be coming back forsure.

Tried to rip me off, gave me a quote for $1600.00 for a muffler & one pipe, told them to much,manager ask me how much willing to pay, he was willing to go down to $700.00, so where does the $900.00 difference come in, this company is nothing but a scam company, will never go there again, I recommend others be careful, do your research with them

My experience with this location was horrible. This location is very dishonest. I am from out of state and came here because I had a slow leak on my front passenger side. They told us they had to replace both tires and that there was a metal wire in the sidewall...fine. I asked for my good tire back that way I could replace the one bad tire when I got back to my state. The car and tires only had 9,800 miles. When I got home and took it to the Ford dealership to put "my good" tire and the new one that is designed for my vehicle, we discovered they gave us the tire with the hole and kept the other one. They charged us for disposal of 2 tires, when they only had 1. They charged us for an alignment when the car did not need it, we were not even told about it and didn't notice until after we paid and got home. Im so disgusted with this place. I feel like they took advantage of us because we could not go to a dealership because it was a Sunday and we needed a tire immediately as we did not want to lose any more air and damage the rim.
