I went to Mavis today for an inspection. I was greeted by an employee named Josh. Josh exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. Guys there are super nice. I need an air in my tire. They came out and put air in my tire. No questions asked super friendly., A couple weeks ago, Don’t know why my new tires are losing air so I stopped there today after work stating that my tire was on 20 in the front and 28 on the back in a man at the front desk was very rude and very nasty. Apparently he was the manager he told me 20 minutes which was fine. They were busy. , I went and sat in my car and a nice guy that works there came out, and the gentleman started filling my air, and the guy came out and said we already talked about it I told While and I’m like, who is that he didn’t say, but I found out it was the manager. He was very, very, not very welcoming to customers the workers were awesome filled my tires gave him a tip very happy with their service. They need to get a new supervisor, a more personable one.
