    Thank you to Trinity and everyone at this location for being so helpful and kind as we went through a difficult time that led us to needing a rental. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, and theirs was so appreciated! Everything went smoothly with this rental, the car was very nice, and the staff is A+!

    Sweet T at the customer service Desk,Help me switch cars with no problem when the AC was out in the rental,Plus help me with savings since I had to travel to a soccer game and my car was in the shop!     We came to this branch to pick up our car, as per instructions written in the message at the Alamo counter in the Niagara Falls AirPort. When we came to this office, the employee there informed us that our reservation has been cancelled and that he does not have a vehicle for us. When we asked him how this could be possible, he said that it was all written in the fine print in the contract (which was not the case). Understandably, we were very shocked and frustrated, and he became extremely unpolite and aggressive, made a couple of rude patronizing comments, said that he does not have time for this in a very rude manner and ordered us to leave the office or otherwise he will call the police. This is a first time something like this happened to us anywhere we have ever travelled. I understand that there can be a shortage of available cars due to vis maior, but this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. We were customers with fully paid reservations and we did not get any kind of apology or help. This is not acceptable from someone working with people and Enterprise should reevaluate their employers behaviour. This happened on June 24th in the afternoon hours, and the employee is a male in his 20-s with moustache (did not give us his name). For all future customers: avoid this branch at all costs.

    This was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. We arrived with two confirmed reservations for two separate groups, only to be told there were no vehicles available. Instead of trying to help or explain the situation professionally, the employee became EXTREMLY AGGRESSIVE rude, and hostile. He raised his voice, shouted at us in front of other customers, and repeatedly told us to leave. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a customer service representative. Running out of vehicles is one thing, but treating paying customers with disrespect, aggression, and intimidation is completely unacceptable. If you value basic customer service, professionalism, and respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and renting elsewhere. Enterprise should seriously investigate how customers are being treated at this branch.

    Terrible customer service‼️ We had a car booked at this location and when we got there (by foot from Canada) they already rented all cars to other people due to high demand because of the World cup so no other cars were available and they didn’t even let us know by e-mail. Luckily, we were able to rent a car at Buffalo airport which was 44 minutes away and cost us some more money. Also the guy behind the counter who was dealing this with us left behind and we had to sort this out on our own with help of another lady.
