  Nothing about my experiences with Enterprise is unsatisfactory. The prices; the establishment; the staff; the vehicle; everything went smoothly, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a rental.

  Canceled my reservation 3 hrs prior because they didn’t have vehicles available. 3 HOURS PRIOR. I needed a vehicle urgently and they cancel 3 hours before pick up. When called and asked for the manager, they told me to come in and they’d get me a car. Then I called back a few mins later to ask about a pickup from hotel, said it would be the least they could do and the manager’s ego some how came in between and he just said we don’t have a car for you. I asked how come suddenly you don’t have a car and he’s just like we don’t have a car for you, my employee was mistaken. It was obvious that his ego came in between and he didn’t want to give a car. Abdul Mohammed or whoever this manager was extremely rude and should be taught how to do customer service. Edit to respond to Enterprise: I’ve provided all details to customer service and I’ve escalated it. There has been no response. Nobody has called or got back to me. Just sending automated responses to show that you care is not going to do anything. No action is ever taken.

  This Enterprise location is the best rental car company ever. I booked online but Quinn called to confirm and make sure he had everything he needed for us to have a smooth experience on checkin. He picked us up from our hotel and provided us with an almost new clean car for our rental. Upon our return they handled everything quickly and Conner made sure we returned to our hotel safely. Everyone at this location was such a pleasure to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Quinn and Conner for making our trip amazing.

  It was very easy to get use to the controls and adjusting the internal to our preferences. Also a very comfortable ride .

  Successfully the worst ever Enterprise office. My husband is Gold member and we have had Enterprise hires for 170 days total so far. Unfortunately, our reservation for a minivan was not honoured. In fact, the 2 young men behind the counter just told us to go and see what they have in the parking: total of 3 cars…none of these was matching our reservation. To make the things worse, they automatically moved our reservation (without our consent) for 7pm - basically when their office is closing. This kind of behavior makes loyal customers lose trust in a brand. And switch to the competitor. Note, we got an automatic cancellation of our reservation a mere hour prior to our scheduled pick up. We were already on our way to them. This costed us 2000$ for a taxi to Boston - what we actually needed their vehicle for.
