  This is my go to for car rentals, and its always an outstanding service. I was in a time crunch and needed a large vehicle ASAP. It was close to closing time and walked into this location. I was helped by Riley, Connor and Carter, the three of them were so polite professional and very helpful. Each one giving their honest opinions and the best option. So please if your looking to get a rental, look for them, you won't be disappointed by the customer service. 10/10

  Caution: this rental car location requires advance reservations. They do not operate like other rental car agencies in small airports across the country. Summary: I mistakenly reserved a vehicle through Avis (Avis is not anywhere in Niagra). Immediately went to the counter of Enterprise and they advise I take an Uber to get my car at the other airport for 150 bucks one way. Went back to the counter and asked for a rental and they said they just rented their last vehicle. The manager advised that normally she would offer me a ride to the other location but, she could not. She said they were out of cars. I called Enterprise directly and they reserved a car (25 minute walk) away. My wife and I walked and they were about to give us a minivan and the same manager from the airport halted the discussion and in a very unprofessional manner spoke to my wife and I like children who were misbehaving. We called to file a complaint to the area manager and they seemed very compassionate about our situation and said they would rectify the situation. We heard nothing back. We attempted one more time, two days later and reserved a car for 4 pm. We called because we were going to be two hours late. The gentlemen advised, they close at 1 pm. No one during the reservation advised us that they close that early on a Saturday. Poor communication, unprofessional and lazy staff (don’t plan ahead and ensure they have extra car stock for the unexpected).

  I had a great care rental experience! The customer service was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy.

  Horrible customer service. I made travel plans to rent a F 150 for my 2 kids and I as a single mother approximately 1 month prior online on Enterprise. And I had hotel reservations. I received an email from Nick 24 hours prior that they did NOT have my vehicle in stock. I just canceled my reservation. I will NEVER rent from this site again. I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend that any family does the same. My kids are going to be very disappointed tomorrow when the truck isn't available. Awful. It was going to be a nice getaway for 2 days. Please avoid this location at all costs!

  This used to be a 5 star spot, and yes I have rated this spot a 5 before wile it was under different managers. Now the people I knew who were there are not and so is all the good that was there too. Multiple times now I’ve gone in there expecting one thing I was told on the phone and getting there and it being completely different. The staff has no incentive to help figure out why they just go sorry I don’t know who said that. So now I’ll be with out my rental while in the middle of waiting for my cars repair with a full work week a half hour away and this place the 3 times I’ve had to go back in and the 10+ phone calls for incorrect information(just for this rental) in their system it’s tiring, I’d never recommend this place now. Very sad it’s come down to me having to leave a review. And I’ve been coming here since I could get a rental at 18 I’m 26 and I really left this morning upset bc it just seems they can never have what they said straight and especially when they’re low on cars, they’re very picky choosy on who gets a car. I was told over the phone I’d be getting into a new car because the rental changed due to an insurance change (this is enterprise on the phone call to me) “okay what do I need to bring to get that tomorrow” it’ll just be the new $100 deposit and we’ll refund your old one (around $80). I go to get there this morning not only is there no new car but I’m in the same rental and now I have to come out of pocket $140 without the old refund either. Apparently the old manager/s are now at the airport in the falls and the only way to get cars from them is through a flight. Again upsetting.
