  Did reserve the car. But no one was at the location. On google it shown open and they took my reservation also.

  Today’s world basically solely depends on the internet to Operate business. We arrived in Niagara Falls airport and had a rental through Enterprise booked, in hopes we would be on the road within a short time only to find that the internet was down. The 2 Agents there, moved everyone through systematically communicating by phone with the main office. They were patient, professional and calmed the situation. Yes, I would recommend them and would use them Again.

  Just scheduled a rental for two weeks from now and it was very courteous and professional. I am so sure with no worries and highly recommend Enterprise 100%.
