  Hi, I went to Basil Ford at a very stressful time. The previous 7 weeks I never knew if my car would start or not it was like playing Russian roulette. Money was wasted at a mechanics which had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it as well. I let them know when I entered I wasn't thrilled about needing to buy a car and the manager assigned me to the salesman, Anthony S. He was extremely helpful and polite and kind. Very patient and a great listener. Explain to him everything that I was coming across as I was trying to find a new vehicle and found the perfect new Ford Bronco Sport outer Banks. It was a new 2025 with just a bit over 200 MI and had all the options but one which May the process of having my first car payment in over 15 years less painful. Very knowledgeable also when we needed to speak to my insurance company which I very much appreciated. It was a welcoming environment.

  I am very proud that my son Jared Hunter sold me a 2023 Lexus. This will be the 4th car we have been blessed to receive through my very talented son. He is a great Salesman who goes the extra mile to ensure each and every experience is smooth and without difficulty.

He was attentive to what I was looking for and beyond helpful from start to driving off in my new 26’ Explorer ST. Anthony is your guy at Basil Ford Niagara Falls!
