  Purchased a 4 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 42,000 miles. Within 3 months of purchase had to replace brakes and rotors, 2 calipers, the squirter pump (that was actually immediately after getting the vehicle) and a tail light. After ALL that work was done, something still wasn't right...it needed the entire rear axle shaft replaced! Didn't think about the powertrain warranty at that time so we paid out of pocket for that repair. At this point, thousands of dollars have been spent on a 4 year old vehicle with low mileage! Then we come to find out that the rear differential needs to be replaced (an estimated $4,000 repair)...well that is certainly covered under the powertrain warranty! Except for the fact that my vehicle apparently does not have that coverage because it was a Canadian vehicle!?!? My mechanic has been working on vehicles for 45 years in WNY and has never heard of such a thing...so I contact the sales manager at Basil. He says "yep, no powertrain but we'll see what we can do about an extended warranty for you. I'll have the finance department reach out." OK, great. Couple days goes by and I never received a call so I call and leave a message at the finance department...no return call. We wait a while, my fiancé calls and speaks to the manager...same song and dance, let's see what we can do about an extended warranty. It has now been weeks and we've heard NOTHING! This vehicle was sold to us well within the powertrain warranty period, we even received paperwork with the purchase detailing what is covered under the powertrain warranty. At no point was it disclosed or even mentioned that there might be an issue with this coverage. To say we were unhappy would be an understatement but things happen...Basil offered a potential solution, which would require us to spend MORE money, but a solution nonetheless. So we waited to hear from someone, we even reached out multiple times when no one got back to us and, still, Basil has done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. A 4 year old vehicle with low mileage and a single previous owner sold by (what should be) a reputable dealer should not need THOUSANDS of dollars worth of work within 6 months of purchase. And if it does, the dealer should absolutely go out of their way to help with the situation instead of pretending it doesn't exist.

  I had the best experience buying my New Ford Bronco at Basil Ford Niagara Falls. Anthony S. Was my sales rep and he took care of everything for me. He was very quick and responsive to my questions. There are no pushy sales tactics there, no games being played . I wouldn’t buy a Ford anywhere else!!

  Jeff is thrilled with his new F150, all thanks to Chris and Blake at Basil Ford Niagara Falls. They were quite the team, they worked tirelessly to get Jeff the truck he wanted at the price he could afford! Jeff can be tough but they definitely delivered for him!! Thanks guys, can’t wait to deal with you again next time!!

  Had my appoint at 10 and the truck was waiting for me at the door to take for a test drive! Adam Barbisamy sales guy was terrific (even though it was a pretty customer filled day ) he answered most of my questions that I had and the one that he wasn't sure of James Cain was there with the answers!they got me theu the buying and financing process painlessly. Great job all around ! Will be heading back to have a performence tune thru thier service department in a week or so and I can only assume the experience will be the same !

  It was a pleasure purchasing our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from basil ford, specifically Dana and Nick. Dana does a great job being a friend in the process rather than trying to up sell you the entire time. The vehicle I wanted was fresh on the lot and they didnt have the title yet, so I had to wait a little bit but Dana was updating me everyday and very responsive when I had questions. When it came down to talking about the deal with Nick he explained everything so well and made it apparent that he was getting me the best deal and showed me exactly how he was doing that. Nick was fantastic to work with. Thank you basil ford of niagara falls. Ill definitely be going back there for our next vehicle.
