    I got the pleasure to have such an amazing sales rep Cherie. She was so kind, relatable and caring. She tried her best to get as low as they could for the price along with working with me until I came to my decision. I have upgraded from a volwsagen tiguan 2020 to a Ford explorer 2026. Now I have extra space and a nice sized third row to be able to seat our two children comfortably with their own space with the captain seats. I recommend not just ford but Cherie I am so thankful she was the rep we worked with.

    Cheri and the Basil Ford team at Niagara Falls was by far my best car buying experience to date. I had been shopping around for a few weeks prior to meeting this team. I explained my wants, needs, and priorities, and Cheri provided me with the perfect vehicle fit for me. After receiving several quotes, the finance manager provided me with by far the highest trade value for my current vehicle. The service was quick and efficient. The buying process was smooth and staff were friendly. Prior to driving away, Cheri noticed a crack in the windshield that we had previously missed, pointed it out, and helped me schedule service for their team to take care of that for me - highlighting the teams commitment to friendly, quality service. It was a great car buying experience, I would highly recommend to any family or friend!

    Just bought a pretty blue Bronco from Jared and his team at Basil Ford. I normally hate car shopping but my experience with them was very pleasant. They were able to provide me with a car that met most all my needs at a price I could afford. I didn't feel pressured and their service was great

    I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. I chose this location based on great experiences with the brand's other locations, but the service quality here was not the same. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I noticed a missing trim piece, which the dealership replaced without any issue. I appreciated that quick resolution.However, the problems continued from there. During delivery, the staff didn’t know how to open the gas cap and ended up bending it. When I brought it back to be repaired, I later noticed new scratches around the gas door that weren’t there before. About a week after purchasing the car, it wouldn’t start at all. The dealership sent a tow truck, but when the driver jump-started the vehicle, the check engine light came on. It then required an off-site diagnostic process. I was without my new car for about a week before I was finally provided a loaner vehicle. It was highly frustrating to buy a vehicle and spend so much of the first few weeks unable to drive it. While the car was being inspected for the engine issue, I explicitly requested to have the brakes checked. I was told the brakes were fine and only showed “medium wear.” The braking issue never went away, so I brought it back a second time. On this visit, I was told the rotors were warped and was quoted about $900 for a replacement. This was incredibly disappointing since the inspection just days prior cleared them as fine. What made the situation worse was the communication. The salesperson was dismissive whenever I raised these issues, making me feel like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. In contrast, the service manager and their team were courteous, professional, and treated me well. My issue isn’t with the service staff—it is with the poor initial vehicle inspection, dismissive sales communication, and the overall condition of the vehicle delivered to me. Overall, this has been a disappointing ownership experience from the very beginning. Between the damaged and scratched gas cap area, the vehicle needing to be towed within a week of purchase, the check engine light, the time I was without my vehicle, and the conflicting information about the brakes, I don’t feel the car was properly inspected before it was sold. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

    recently purchased my Ford Bronco Sport from Basil Ford and had an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Dana, was outstanding—calm, informative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I felt he was very fair throughout the deal. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. From the moment I walked in to driving off the lot in my Bronco Sport, the entire staff was friendly and professional. Dana went the extra mile by helping me set up the Ford app and making sure my vehicle was spotless and ready to go. I truly enjoyed my interaction with everyone there and would absolutely buy from them again in the future. I highly recommend Dana as a salesperson.
