  Staff went above and beyond to get us a car. We rented through a third party who did not tell us we couldn't pick up a car at the Niagara Airport unless we had flown in there. We hadn't flown in and were just going to pick up the car there. Luckily one of the staff happened to stop by (they aren't even open when planes aren't arriving) and helped us.

  As in my previous rental, the associate at the desk, Dakota, was the best!..friendly, professional and was happy I remembered her and she remembered me..it meant a lot and will bring me back to Alamo! I wanted to add that the girl in the lot was very helpful and friendly!

  Staff was very responsive to changing us to another vehicle when our first car smelled of cigarettes! Excellent customer service!!

  So easy! Agent was professional and friendly. And… loved the mini-cooper! I’ve never driven one before. Fun experience and well maintained vehicle. Great job Alamo!

  Called the office as there is no one that works at Niagara Falls airport, and told me someone would come to open up the rental i dropped off on Monday, in a15-20 minutes. Called multiple times today with no help as I accidentally left a pair of sunglasses up in the overhead storage unit. Kissing my expensive sunglasses goodbye cause I know I’ll never see them again
