  I made an appointment for an oil change at 2 PM when I returned for my car at 3:40.pm they had not even pulled the car from the place where I had parked it at 1:34 PM. This is by far the worst place ever such a waste of my time. I will go to Mavis any day anytime to get five star service remember Mavis.

  Not a great experience. Normally I go to a different local auto shop but they couldn’t fit me in, so I had to come here for my inspection. First, I came in with an appointment, and they didn’t start until an hour after my scheduled time. Then, after another hour, proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t pass inspection if I didn’t replace my brake pads. This would’ve been fine but they also gave me an extensive list of things that “barely passed” but were still fine, and then quoted me nearly $1,000 with barely an explanation, only claiming that was just the price of the brake pads and the labor. Luckily I got a second opinion and declined that, and then after seeing the list of things “I declined” they were gonna charge me for multiple packages I didn’t ask for and to replace all the rotors and brake pads and many other things. Very shady! I got it checked by someone else, who told me only one of the brake pads needed to be replaced and that everything else was perfectly fine. These people want to scam you for your money and they will prey on younger women thinking we don’t know any better. Totally unprofessional, shady, and I absolutely do not recommend coming here.

  Absolutely horrible 2 days back and forth, just to change a tire sensor. Horrible only to referred me to another place. Get to the place for them to tell me that they told the guy not to send me there way because they couldn't do the job. HORRIBLE customer service.

  As always, Ed and his staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. A great local business with that neighborhood feeling.

  My brother took my 2005 Honda Civic for a safety inspection which cost about $21. Mind you the car was in excellent running condition but he was totally taken advantage of, he was told by Ed the car needed several things that needed to be ordered, so we went from a $21. Inspection tag to almost $1800. After work was done my fan now squeals after he changed my alternator which didn’t have to be changed, so I took my car to my mechanic in Cortlandt NY which told me my A/C compressor is squeaking he gave me a price of $425 to replace it which I’m going to have done, but decided to get a quote from Monro which gave me a quote for $1424.03 Told my brother to never go back to this franchise. Please get second opinion when going here and YES Ed’s a fast talker. I know after they read this they’ll respond with the usual apology. SHADY. By the way I showed my mechanic the invoice and said everything done would have cost me $600 at his place.
