Needed an oil change and stopped in here because of wonderful service I received at another location. Imagine my surprise when the other location manager, Shane, was here!!
I was thrilled because I knew my car and I would be well taken care of. We were in and out fast with professional service and clean waiting area.
Highly recommend Mavis and especially any Mavis that has Shane as manager!!!!!

Brought my wife’s car because the tire was losing air; found out she had a rock jammed in between the sidewall and the rim. Thankfully the tire was covered under warranty, and they took care of the issue for us. Shahah was an especially big help. Very much appreciated their courteousness and professionalism.

I had a leaking tire and due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to address it until 3 days after discovering it. Even then, when I called, it was within an hour to closing time. I had actually called a different location first (it was closer to my home). I had gone there a few days prior to fill up my tire when I saw the air was low. They had told me to come back if my tire got low again and less than a day later, my tire pressure light came on again. However when I called, they said they couldn't take me. I understand it was late. I just literally had no other time. However, I called and spoke with Vicki at this location in Newburgh and she was a life saver! They were full and about to close, but she still told me to come in and they would help me. Turns out I had a nail in my tire! She and her team got me patched up quickly and on my way in a short time. As someone who is always on the road, the accommodation is very much appreciated! Thank you Vicki and Mavis team, you guys are awesome!

Just called for a price quote. I was greeted well after a long wait time, then transferred to a person who could answer my questions. That person was not friendly. I wasn’t rude at all, just inquiring about a price quote for 4 new tires. I didn’t have the exact tire size for my vehicle so I gave the make, year and model of my car. This representative of the company that I spoke with was clearly annoyed to even talk to me and acted very unprofessional. Unable or unwilling to provide a price quote for a specific vehicle w the year, make, model and engine size. I was treated very poorly for absolutely no other reason than an inquisition of what new tires and prices I wanted to purchase from them.

Absolutely terrible experience. This is now the SECOND bad experience I’ve had with this Mavis location, and there will not be a third.
I made an appointment for 5:00 PM to have FOUR BRAND-NEW TIRES installed. I showed up at 5:00, on time for the appointment THEY scheduled, only to be told, “Well, we probably can’t get to it today.”
Then what exactly was the point of making an appointment?
I wasted my time driving there and arranging my evening around an appointment that apparently meant absolutely nothing to them. If you don’t have the time or staff to do the job, DON’T BOOK THE APPOINTMENT.
After two bad experiences, I’m done with Mavis. There are plenty of other tire shops in the area that actually respect their customers’ time. I’ll be giving my business to one of them from now on, and I suggest others do the same.
