Low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Showed up without an appointment at Mavis Tire in Newburgh NY figuring an expensive tire replacement. Tom and Vickie had my car quickly checked out even though it was close to closing time. They discovered that it was just the pressure in the tires being off enough to set off the warning light. Their understanding, honesty and overall exceptional service was appreciated so very much. Mavis Tire is lucky to have people like Tom and Vickie working for them.

I had a screw in my tire and had hours of driving ahead of me. I'm not from the area, but Mavis Tire has always done right by me. Vickie checked me in and 30 minutes later Anthony told me that the tire wasn't losing pressure and there was no air leaking. He advised me to not do anything until it becomes a problem. Then I was told that there was no charge. I was stunned. Anthony didn't have to be honest about the state of my tire. Anthony and Vickie are amazing and I am so grateful.

Excellent Service from Kevin
Huge shoutout to Kevin at Mavis Discount Tire. My wife, brother, and I were driving up to Lake George when we had an unexpected tire emergency around 7 PM on a Thursday. Kevin went above and beyond to help us get set up with new tires, stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of, and provided excellent service throughout the entire process.
He was professional, helpful, and genuinely made a stressful situation much easier. We really appreciate Kevin staying late and taking care of us when we were in a bind. Excellent customer service and a great reflection of Mavis. Highly recommend!
