Recently had my truck serviced and tires changed at this location and had great service from Anthony G. He was extremely professional and did not try to push anything on me that my truck did not need but did tell me what was needing attention and it was taken care of with ease. Anthony showed great customer service skills even with a busy lobby and almost every lift having a vehicle on it that did not affect how he spoke to me and many other customers during my time at the store. Will be back when my truck needs service again and tires again.

I would like to bring to your attention a very frustrating experience I recently had while trying to schedule a tire rotation at your Newburgh location.
I have been a loyal Mavis customer for several years. During that time, I have purchased multiple sets of tires from Mavis and have continued to bring my vehicles to your stores for service because of the confidence I have had in your company.
Today, I scheduled an online appointment for a tire rotation at the Newburgh location for tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. Approximately one hour later, I received a call from an employee named Greg, who informed me that he needed to cancel my appointment because they were “already booked up in the morning.”
I asked why I was able to schedule the appointment online if there was no availability. Greg responded that he wasn’t sure and suggested that the online scheduling system may allow appointments to be overbooked. I then asked whether there were any other appointment times available, and his response was, “If you come in at 5, maybe we can get you in.”
I found this response both frustrating and unprofessional. If the online scheduling system is not accurately reflecting availability, that issue should be addressed rather than inconveniencing customers after appointments have already been confirmed. Additionally, being told that I could “maybe” be accommodated at the end of the day is not an acceptable alternative to a scheduled appointment.
I understand that tire rotations are provided at no additional charge, but they are part of the service that accompanies the purchase of tires. These are tires I purchased from Mavis, and I expect the same level of customer service and professionalism that led me to continue doing business with your company.
I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled.
You need to do better Mavis and restore my confidence in your customer service!

I came to Mavis after having woken up late for a major dental procedure to find a flat tire on my car. I was able to fill it enough to get to my dental appt and then to Mavis.
The staff were amazing! They were friendly, took my car right in, and repaired it within 20 minutes. I was beyond impressed and grateful for the experience and professionals who work there. Thank you Mavis in Newburgh, for saving me so much time, effort, and frustration after a stressful experience!!!! I will absolutely return to this business!!!!

Brought in my vehicle to have a screw removed that was causing leak. The staff at Mavis were very friendly, efficient, and had the job completed in less than 30 minutes. This is probably the 5th time they have repaired my tires for screws/nails over the past 8-10 years and they always do a great job. Because of their customer service this is the only place I recommend to family members for their tire care needs.
