  It's kinda cool if the place you have do your alignment can get critical parts tight.. Like an outer tie rod nut and all the other bolts surrounding it involving the alignment. This is life safety. I was wondering what that clunk was and had to jack up my car, pull off a wheel and inspect. I also had to bring the car in 3 times for them to still not get it right. Their price for an alignment is also above average. I've driven the car for a bit and now my tires are ruined. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP. Go to Derham Frame & Axel if you want it done properly.

  I had a full break replacement and rotor replacement, and an alignment. One of the guys forgot to put the castle nut on my wheel which caused me to almost go over the bear mountain bridge. This caused a litany of issues for me which the owner refused to compensate me on, other than my tow bill. It seems that the sheer negligence which endangered my life and financial burden caused by sudden expenses due to a disabled vehicle did not warrant compensation to him. It's already hard enough to survive out here in this economy, and the audacity that they have to charge so much money for their services on top of being a cheapskate that skimps on safety, it's unbelievable. The staff that work here deserve better than to be under the leadership of such a person. I don't recommend you go here unless you want to support a man like that

  Good spot to get your car repaired, I had a pleasant experience. Joe and Mike are very knowledgeable and helpful

  Dont bother making an appt as they will be quick to remind you that they dont care about their customers or your time. I made an appt 2 days before hand for an alignment. I had to wait for the car as I only have one vehicle and no one to come pick me up while waiting. After arriving 5 minutes early I gave them the key and said I was going to walk around outdoors for the next hour. When I came back an hour later I was told the car would be going in next. When I asked why, since I had an appt, he said they were short help that day. I wasted my entire morning, and gas, going to yet another incompetent and unprofessional shop. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE ON MY DO NOT RETURN HERE LIST!
