    The manager lied right to my face and is very unprofessional. Had a rental all lined up. Get there the next day and they gave it away to someone else. Then a lady comes in returning a van that I could use and he tells me that the van is no good it has to go out for service. I asked him to check the engine light and he refused to do it and threw me out of the office. His employee confirmed everything the day prior. And no I wasn't on the no rental list as per corporate! Funny as the guy that confirmed my reservation bailed out of the office.
