    Worst experience ever, felt like dealing with used car salesmen. After a car accident, insurance set up the rental and asked for lowest cost car. Ended up with an SUV, had to spend hours over 5 days making calls because of extra charges like insurance and road side assistance that wasnt needed. Never received an invoice/bill breaking down charges just a $385 bill which was only the 20% insurance didnt cover. Had the car about 10 days. What should have been $125 to $150ish bill, its not. Corporate was called and a regional manager was supposed to reach out and never did. The SUV was nice, but I needed less of them trying to take advantage of an insurance payout and heaxaches, and more focus on the customer (me) who just needed to get to his doctors appointments and back to work. Never again.

    Got a rental online for a different car which wasn't available. Got a bigger and better one for the same price, was definitely worth it. 👍🏼
