- CDCrystal DePewJul 19, 20263.0The staff is friendly and flexible if you need to make changes. The car I rented was nice but not clean to my expectations especially for what I paid. The car smelled bad like dog which is crazy since they put a 300.00 hold on your card so in the event the car needs to be detailed due to pets/smoke etc they can charge the responsible party. So either they did not charge the person responsible and have it detailed to ensure future renters comfort or they did charge the person and never actually had it cleaned. Also, across the board no matter where I rent a car the windows are always filthy and I have to clean them to see properly through clear windows.

Despite ruining into some issues with my credit card and them being extremely busy, it turned out to be my best experience at a rental car service. They both went above and beyond to resolve my situation and get me on the road to a life changing opportunity. Their professionalism and grace during my visit was a true example of how to demonstrate customer service. And when I say it was busy, it was crazy. Hunter and Felix stayed calm, cool, and collected while they managed everything going on and assisted me with my issue. Even when they had to completely redo my reservation, they assured me it was no problem and they'd figure it out... and they did. I am truly grateful. Enterprise, take care of these employees, they are representing your company in a very valuable way.
