  I needed to bring my truck in for service just for it to sit in their parking lot. I finally received my truck back, still unrepaired. During the time that it was there for service at one point, I was told that since I didn’t buy my car there, I would have to wait wait longer by the female employee service I kindly asked where it said in my warranty book that I would have to wait for service the $80,000. I spent on this truck shouldn’t make a difference on which dealer I take it to, but apparently it does. I took her advice and took it back to the dealrr I bought it from who promptly fixed it and apologize for the experience I had here I guess the moral of the story is if you don’t buy your car from these folks, don’t service it there or be ready for subpar service.

  We bought a 2026 Buick Encore on May 30th. We had to take it in for a repair to the battery. Rather then replacing the battery, they just recharged it. This morning the car smelled like rotten eggs. This smell suggests an issue with the battery or charging system. Very disappointed that our car that is a week old is having issues that could have been resolved if the repair was done right the first time. As noted by the owner, we did bring the car back and the issue was resolved without any pushback. I appreciate your willingness to resolve this issue. Please keep up the good work.

  Just purchased my 6th vehicle from Colandrea and wouldn't go anywhere else. Darryl and the entire sales team are personable and knowledgeable, and the service department folks are responsive and friendly. Colandrea does a great job melding corporate policies and family friendly pricing and servicing. Bravo!
