  I highly recommend Colandrea Buick-GMC! My experience purchasing a new car and trading in my old one was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Chris Kaszas was amazing to work with! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, definitely ask for Chris you won’t regret it. He listened to what I wanted, worked hard to get me the best deal and most importantly didn’t waste my time. I’ve dealt with other dealerships and salespeople in the past, and buying a car could easily take up half my day because of all the back and forth and unnecessary waiting. Chris was completely different, he was straightforward, efficient, and got things moving right away. The manager Dan Rosenblum, was also great. Usually, when you get to the manager, you have to sit through a long sales pitch for things you don’t want or need. Dan was the opposite. He clearly explained each option, respected my decisions, and kept the process moving. When I wanted to make adjustments to my payment, he worked with me to find a solution that made sense. Overall, my experience with Colandrea Buick-GMC was excellent. Chris and Dan made the entire process easy, straightforward, and stress free. I really appreciate the way they treated me and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

The finance process was just as impressive. There was no pressure to purchase extras or products I didn’t want. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt respected as a customer throughout the entire experience. What truly sets this dealership apart is the customer service after the sale. I was due a check from my lease return and had questions about my registration. When I called, Sales Manager Chris personally answered the phone. He didn’t avoid my call or pass me off to someone else. Instead, he took care of everything promptly and professionally. My lease return check and new registration were ready quickly and without any hassle. When I stopped by to pick them up, Chris and the team greeted me warmly and took the time to ask how I was enjoying my new vehicle. That level of follow-up and genuine care is rare these days.
