  I am incredibly disappointed with the service at GMC Buick Colandrea in Newburgh, NY, particularly in the service department. My experience with Lindsay, the Service Advisor, and Allen, the manager, was unprofessional and frustrating. I took my Chevy Suburban in for a diagnosis due to concerning engine noise. After nearly a week, I received a diagnosis that was completely unrelated to the actual issue, along with a staggering quote of $6,500. Despite assurances that they would keep me updated on their findings, I was met with silence and misinformation throughout the process. After almost 10 days of waiting, I had to insist on retrieving my vehicle. To add insult to injury, they charged me for a diagnosis that addressed a problem I never reported. I was referred to this dealership by Frank Siennas from Siennas Auto Mall, and I sincerely hope he reconsiders his recommendation after my experience. If you’re contemplating bringing your vehicle here, I urge you to think twice—if not a hundred times. This dealership has proven to be a waste of time and resources. I wish I could give them zero stars.

  Great buying experience with Darryl and the entire team! Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and there was absolutely no hassle or pushback like I experienced at other dealerships in the area when I initially decided to wait. They were all welcoming and accommodating with my toddler. They took the time to interact with her and help keep her occupied when she was at her limit. I originally test-drove the car about six weeks ago and then randomly decided one morning that I was ready to buy it. I reached out to Darryl, he had all my paperwork ready by 2 PM. By 3 PM, my toddler and I were out the door with the car. We move around a lot, but after this experience, we’ll absolutely travel to buy our next vehicle from Darryl and the whole Colandrea team. Highly recommend!

  Our salesperson Gabriel answered all our questions. And then when we had more questions, he continued to answer them. Because of his diligence, we felt confident to purchase from Calandria Buick.

  I recently purchased a used 2020 GMC SIERRA 1500 DENALI from Colandrea. Salesperson Floyd Hanson was a pleasure to work with very professional. Finance manager Daniel Rosenblum got me a great financial deal right where I said I could afford. He was also very professional and great to work with. Last but not least General Manager Rick Colandrea was along for the entire process and made an incredible deal on the vehicle. Outstanding customer service from the entire dealership from salesperson right to the service department. Your team is outstanding. Thanks so much I love my new Truck Patrick Burke
