  I needed a new battery and went to AutoZone but they couldn’t change it out for me, and sent me to Mavis. In a frustrating situation for me, Ryan got me in right away and had my new battery in within less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

  I was driving back home to Macedon from Lyons and noticed a slow leak in my tire. I started calling places I know to try to make an appointment but not only could nobody see me, but I don’t think I was going to make it too much further, so I pulled into Mavis and took my chances. Devin At the front desk was great. He took my car right in patched up the tire and didn’t even charge me, he just told me he would appreciate a good Google review. That is the best deal I have ever gotten on any kind of auto repair. They were great, quick, and professional. If you weren’t lucky enough to break down right in front of their store, make sure you get your car brought there if you have a choice where to have it fixed in Newark.

  Great experience. Was super stressed finding a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, came to Mavis and Devin was beyond helpful. Got me fixed up in no time! Also highly appreciate the play area and fish tank, and windows as I had my son with me and it helped keep him occupied.

  I searched tires on the website, found the size needed and set an appointment for Sunday morning. got there right at 9am and was told they did not have them they only had 1...acted as if maybe his computer was wrong and never going in to the shop, informed us they won't be there until Wednesday! we called the Geneva location and spoke with the asst manager who said they have acc to the hub and could get tires in today and would call us back about 11:30. well, the call never came, called them back at 1:30 to get some rude kid on the phone who didn't want to be bothered helping "we can't track the driver" he said; as if I'm some kind of idiot. finally the asst manager calls back, it's now almost 3pm only to say they won't be there until tomorrow. sooooo we wasted the entire day and cancelled travel plans, thanks so much! I would never do business with them or recommend them if you are one who cares for good service. the pricing was also not all that competitive

  Booked appointment online for 4 tires. Stated that they were in stock. Paid the deposit and scheduled appointment for early 9:00 am, since we were driving out of state, there would have been plenty of time to reach our destination. Arrived at 8:45. Upon speaking with the tech, and a 20 minute search, we were informed that there was only one tire in stock. Seemed like his first day there. First problem. Upon checking one of their other locations, we were told none in stock, but they could have them by 11:30. Great, we’ll get a late start. Well 11:30 came and passed. No call. I called him back at 12:30 to check if tires were en route and was rudely informed that they don’t track the delivery drivers. Cancelled trip. Called again at 2:30 and still no tires. By this point, I had waited half of my weekend waiting to be contacted. Finally received a call at almost 4:00. Tires won’t be in till next day, and “pretty booked that day”. I have never had such a problem having tires installed. Cancelled order and asked for deposit refund. Was told to call corporate next business day. So now I need to leave work early and be on phone for God knows how long. I don’t have much hope with that after this absolutely horrible experience. Very rude and absolutely not helpful at all. Never doing business with Mavis again. Actually zero stars, but that’s not an option.
