  I was traveling for work and my tire pressure light came on. I happened to drive by Mavis so I stopped in and asked for help. The team was polite, professional and so kind! They added air to my tires and didn’t even charge me. Wonderful service and I’m so thankful!

  Couldn’t be more happier with the service received from this location!! The manager, Ryan was so helpful in assisting with all my questions and getting me the best deal suitable for my finances. I had my oil changed the day prior and as I was getting my tires changed he noticed a problem with my engine turning the oil black. He took it upon himself to change my oil again and run me through the possibilities of what could be wrong. The whole team at this location definitely goes above and beyond in assuring you leave more than satisfied with your vehicle!

  Stopped in because my TPMS light was going on periodically even though I had the correct air pressure, ( no lights on when I arrived ). They retrained the sensors and the tire pressure light came on and started flashing which was not something I had an issue with prior to coming. They couldn't figure out how to get it to turn off and told me I needed to go to a different shop.

  Asked for new tires and tpms got new tires and valve stems. Told I had to get an alignment and tierod car drove completely straight going in there. Got home with in 2 hours 2 tires flat had to air up and go back car was pulling to the left bad. Went to a different Mavis because they don’t know what they doing in Newark. Had a realignment done in canadagua. Been waiting 5 days now for the district manager to return my car. They also charged me 20$ over there online cost when I called to have tires matched from Walmart they told me they wouldn’t. This is crazy 3 trips to a tire shop already still dealing with tpms light because they didn’t put them in and charged me for them according to the receipt saying 4 tpms installed. Overcharged me for tires. No call back after spending a hour on a few calls to headquarters. Newark is not the store to go to and Mavis has gone down hill as a company since my last experience with them. Not a happy customer as not in a rush to respond to issues caused by them. Almost ready to get new tires else where and return these for a refund. Unprofessional and in no rush to make this situation right.
