  Cy was amazing, he explained everything that was wrong with my car and helped fix it! He gave me an amazing price to change my oil!! Everytime I come to Mavis Cy gives me top notch service!! I will always use Mavis to service my car!

  Came in to get tires changed and brakes replaced because of failed inspection at Monro, mechanics here took a look at my car, the rear passenger tire had a broken belt which they took care of with new tires. The tire was a valid reason I failed inspection. However, Monro also failed my car for brakes which I thought was odd because I had replaced them personally recently, the mechanics here thoroughly looked at the brakes in question and confirmed my suspicions, they were just fine 6-7mm of pad left on both the front brakes and the rear even more pad left. Never getting my inspection at Monro ever again, love that the mechanics here at Mavis are completely honest and didn’t try to take me for all of my money, will definitely be doing business here again thank you guys!

  I called concerning an increasingly leaky tire, and the staff got me in within minutes of my calling and inspected the issue. It was determined that the issue could not be repaired, and I was given fair pricing for replacing tires that were done right then as well. This location and staff are highly efficient and professional. Thank you!
