  I took my XC40 in for service. After my car was inspected, I was told the sunroof in my car needed $700 worth of maintenance. No other dealer has ever recommended this service when I've taken my car in for routine maintenance. I contacted another Volvo dealer to ask about this recommended service, and he said he'd never heard of that maintenance, either. I also spoke with someone in the sales department because I wanted to sell my car. The sales rep I spoke with kept asking about my husband, even though I never mentioned my marital status. It seemed he'd rather not deal with a woman. This particular sales rep never followed up with a quote to buy my car, and I was happy to give my business to the Volvo dealer in Glen Cove.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Angela. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never once did I feel pressured. I truly appreciate her honesty, wit, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Angela to anyone looking to purchase a car.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience with Volvo Cars of Manhattan. I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from them, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, straightforward, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. The car was beautifully prepared and exactly as represented. The entire process was seamless, with none of the pressure or hassle you sometimes expect when buying a used car. I’m absolutely thrilled with my Volvo and feel like I got a great car and a great buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Volvo Cars of Manhattan to anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned Volvo. An easy five stars!

  My husband I came to look knowing we were seriously thinking of upgrading the car we had. Erik was our point of contact from start to finish and he was always there when needed. From the test drive, to answering questions, to a phone call, and lastly, answering email promptly. Very nice, very professional and not only good at what he does, but he certainly knows the brand. Our sales manager was Gill and he too, get « 10’s across the board ». I think I heard him say (wink), so I had to include it in this review. I’m going to hang up now, but if you’re seriously thinking of investing in a Volvo, this is a good team and my husband and I highly recommend. Thank you Erik, Thank you Gill, and please extend our thanks to the rest of the Volvo Family!

  I just brought my CPO Polestar 2 (EV) into Volvo of Manhattan Service Department for it's first recommended maintenance services since purchasing elsewhere last year. Dallanara was extremely helpful getting me set up in their system and making sure the maintenance was covered under CPO warrantee. She answered all my questions at drop-off and helped me understand the online inspection report and service options sent to me post maintenance. I also asked her if they could charge the car before pick-up because I had a long drive out of the city right after. When I picked up the car, it was fully charged, cleaner than when purchased, and there was a battery health report on the dash. Everything was very professional and impressive - very good service!
