  I usually rent from the Times Square location, but recently found out about the Upper East Side location. Rob was amazing! Super helpful, willing to accommodate my requests, and truly went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. I’m renting again this week and truly look forward to it! Hoping for the same vehicle!!!!

  Actually haven't booked here yet, but I am so excited they opened in my neighborhood. I wish they had late/24 hour drop off, particularly on Sundays as they close at 1pm. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at the local branch on 97th street to ask. Just the main customer service number, who tells me that I would have to return to a different location and likely pay an extra fee. Bummer!!

  Had an amazing experience with sixt , I was offered the great deal that I could not refuse , branch manager was a pleasant , professional and customer oriented . I was honored to get to know him closer, i wish you all the best ! Sixt and Mr.Rabindra now are part of my first US trip 😇 Highly recommended,A+++++++🙏🙏

  This was by far the best experience I’ve had renting a vehicle. Every member of the staff was efficient, kind, and extremely hospitable. I received an amazing upgrade at a great price, and Ms. Kim made sure to accommodate me as best as she could. The exceptional service I received from the entire team is a big reason why I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you all for your help! 10/10 experience.
