- AMAbhinav Mathur1 day ago1.0I had reserved a mini van. When I went to the National Car Rental, I was told, there is no mini van. This was disappointing. I needed a car where I could place all the luggage and my kids, and my family could sit comfortably. Instead I was given another car. I was also charged a higher tariff for the car that I did not reserve. This is completely unacceptable
