  Rosalie completely saved us and our wedding. We were meant to drive down Friday with all our wedding outfits and assorted wedding supplies for our wedding that week. Unfortunately, my fiance booked the car for next month. Despite there being basically no cars available and us asking so much with a one-way rental, Rosalie saved us and got us a car to drive down to Philly with. I am so so appreciative!

  Very friendly and helpful staff here, highly recommend! We arrived early before the office opened, but the office is located indoors so we had a comfortable and dry place to wait since it was pouring rain outside.

  Outstanding Service in a Challenging Situation It was an extremely busy weekend and no cars were available. Rosalie turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. Despite the circumstances, she remained professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout our interaction. She took the time to work through options with me and treated me with respect even when there were no easy solutions. Her attitude made all the difference. If you’re looking for quality customer service, Rosalie is exactly the kind of person you hope to work with. She’s an asset to National Car Rental. Highly recommended!

  I had reserved a mini van. When I went to the National Car Rental, I was told, there is no mini van. This was disappointing. I needed a car where I could place all the luggage and my kids, and my family could sit comfortably. Instead I was given another car. I was also charged a higher tariff for the car that I did not reserve. This is completely unacceptable
