I used this parking lot for two nights. When I dropped off my car in the evening, I was assisted by a very pleasant young man—dark-haired, with braids. I don't know his name, but he treated me very well. On the day I needed to pick up my car, I went at 11:00 AM to load my belongings into it, as I had already checked out of the hotel. When I arrived, I was assisted by Fernando; he had a terrible attitude and initially refused to let me through to stow my things in the car. He finally allowed me to enter, but did so almost in a threatening manner, implying that this would be the *only* time I would be permitted to go in—so I had to get everything done in a single trip. I am the customer; I am paying—and the parking is quite expensive—yet, despite this, they impose conditions that prevent me from storing items in or retrieving them from my own car. I consider this to be absolutely terrible service. If they truly believe that Fernando is effective simply because he is rude to people, he is actually ruining the business. It makes me want to take my car out and switch parking facilities; but why should I have to do that when we—the customers—are the ones paying? It is genuinely quite frustrating. However, as I mentioned earlier, during the night shift they had a young man who was very well-trained. It is a shame I cannot recall his name, but I give him full credit for providing excellent service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the staff working during the day—particularly Fernando. But anyway, it doesn't seem to be something they care much about, because the situation hasn't changed; I was reading the previous reviews, and it's exactly the same problem. Those people received that very same poor treatment.
