- KLKaren L6 days ago1.0Do not use this parking lot!!! The exit signs are extremely confusing, and it is intentional. It can take several minutes just to figure out how to leave, yet they have a policy that if you don’t exit within 15 minutes after paying you’re charged an additional fee. You must pay before you even walk back to your car, so that 15-minute window includes walking to your vehicle, getting in, and driving out. I had already paid $26 for parking and was then being forced to pay another $20 because I finally found the exit after 1 minute over the 15 minute time frame. The signage is unclear, and there is very little guidance for customers trying to exit. On top of that, the attendants were rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, this felt like a scam designed to collect extra fees rather than help customers. I would not recommend parking here.
- DSDan SpencerJun 23, 20265.0Great parking near the battery ferries. It is automated so didn’t have to worry about up-pricing on the way in or out. It was about a 10min walk to the ferry. Will definitely use again. The ramps are tight but totally doable even in an SUV.
