- LCLeslie ChungMar 22, 20251.0BE CAREFUL! We paid for parking on Best Parking app. Upon arrival, they scanned the barcode that we paid for. When leaving, they charged us ~$75. Just naturally we gave them the credit card but shortly after we realized that we already paid. We asked for a refund right away but they said it was company policy to not give a refund…. Really? They were very rude and not professional. Especially Anthony.
