  Horrible service, very rude when talk to customers. No customer service skills except new guy he just started working today he was appologizing. Don’t come to this garage. Pay your money somewhere else.

  I have parked in cities all over the country and have never experienced customer service this bad. When we pulled in, the attendant immediately had an attitude because we had a fold-up luggage rack on the back of our Ford Explorer. I removed it on the spot and crammed it inside the vehicle so there wouldn’t be an issue. He then quoted us a price of around $91, even though the sign prominently advertised $64. My young daughter politely asked why the price was different. Instead of answering professionally, he rudely told her, “Keep reading.” The sign listed additional charges for larger SUVs, so I was explaining that to my daughter when the attendant interrupted with, “Yeah, what do you think this is?” in an incredibly disrespectful tone. No adult should speak to a child that way. I calmly but firmly told him not to talk to my daughter like that. His response was to throw my car keys back at me, tell me to “park somewhere else,” and retreat into his locked booth where he refused to come back out. Another employee, sitting in what looked like a storage closet and not even in uniform, couldn’t tell me who was in charge. The booth attendant said to talk to the other employee, and the other employee said the booth attendant was the one in charge. It was completely unprofessional. I sent my kids to walk the short distance to our hotel while I found another garage. It took only a few minutes to find one that was closer, friendlier, and less expensive. Do yourself a favor and skip this garage. Instead, park at West 39th Street LLC. They treated us with respect, the pricing was better, and the entire experience was what parking in Manhattan should have been.
