  I have been charged three times on my credit card for the same parking reservation. I have emailed three times with no response and called 8 times with no response since this happened 8 days ago. Rating should be zero!!!! (My friend’s car was also parked in this lot the same day and has also been overcharged!) It also took 45 minutes for attendant to park my car when I was only 4th car in line. Stay away!!!!!!

  Absolutely unprofessional, my mom had reserved a spot the day before and paid over $70. We were going to a show taping and didn’t know when they finished. Well as we dropped the car off the guys yelling at my mother what time we will be back. Stating to the man that we don’t know as we are viewers. Well I guess they put our car all the way up top cause we gave a longer time incase we were late. Well the two guys yelling at my mother that we should’ve gave accurate time. Like I’m sorry you have to get my car higher up but ITS YOUR JOB !!! $70 for bad attitude. Guess good customer service is attitude

  The parking garage did not honor or give discount parking. We did inform them verbally and tried showing them our tickets ordered online that showed our scheduled time at Color Factory New York. We were told by parking lot employee we don't need to see that. It's OK. Assuming we were going to get discounted parking and all was good. We did not get any discounts. The parking lot employee claimed the Web site was incorrect and it was the other lot. (This is what is STATED on Color Factory New York website) ‐----------------------------------------------------- PARKING Color Factory New York: Discounted parking is available at Laz Parking, which has two locations near the venue: 294 Hudson Street (garage) and 272 Spring St (open lot). To access the discount, please use their Pre-book Parking Link or inform the garage manager that you are visiting Color Factory by showing your ticket confirmation email. ________________________________ This is what we did: UPON ARRIVAL IN PARKING LOT. " inform the garage manager that you are visiting Color Factory by showing your ticket confirmation email" They did not give discount. Note I would have given a 5 STAR RATING, BUT MY WIFE WAS VERY UP SET WITH THIS MATTER AT HAND.
